  1. Awesome Val =D It's good to see someone is interested in taking this on, it would make many people happy I'm sure. The more I see about Modding, the more I want to get into it. As somebody who can do this, would you say it's a hard technique to learn? I'd love to be able to do something with the Construction Kit as ideas are filling my head as I'm playing. Suppose I should write them down really lol. Feel free to drop me a private message if it's going to clutter up the topic =) P.S. Well done with the Crafting Meltdown Mod, I'm a big fan of it! That combined with Arrow Smithing is so handy to have in-game.
  2. It's true, but it always looks cool. Would imagine it's even harder to get a massive two-handed Claymore or such from the same place. Given that it's held by straps and not floating in the air lol.
  3. Yes, yes and yes! Really hate the fact that when DWing you only see one weapon equipped. Then when you draw said weapons, as if by magic the other just appears in your left hand. Very poor design and far too obvious to be missed really. Wonder how nobody actually noticed it? Swords: On the back, crossed. Daggers: 1) Small holsters under the armpits, as with firearms. 2) High up on the back near the shoulders. 3) As with standard single scabbard, but on both sides.
  4. I've gotten pretty quick at just bringing up the Faves and selecting it through that, so this isn't too much of a bother for me anymore. But what I would like is the ability to Dual Wield two of the same weapons without the bloody hassle of having to select each one seperately.
  5. That's a good idea =) I love it already! Should someone get around to making this, I will download it lol.
  6. You would have to add the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch as well though lol.
  7. I'll add a "Yes" to this one. You can jump and attack in Morrowind, so why not Skyrim? I miss leaping from heights and attacking people. I think it's because they got rid of Acrobatics that it changed so much. Even if the jumping wasn't as high, at least attacking while leaping through the air should have been added.
  8. It is a shame that the Followers aren't as good as in New Vegas. Each one had a personality and background there, making you feel something towards them. Take Boone for instance, I loved having that guy with me. Not only was he very useful, but he actually had emotions and spoke out occasionally depending on how you played. Unlike the robotic packmules that trundle along behind you in Skyrim. I literally just use them as extra storage, telling them to "Wait there" all the time, while I go off and kill enemies effectively without spending most of the time huddled on the floor in a heap of shame lol. I'd love to see something that improves the Followers, not just in usefulness but adding something that actually makes them worth taking along for the ride.
  9. That would be cool. You gather components from Dwemer ruins, maybe mixing them with normal items you find across Skyrim in replacement of certain hard-to-find parts. Then depending on your Smithing Skill, you could potentially create a Dwemer Construct of varying strengths. Say 50 Smithing would create a Spider, 75 for a Sphere and 100 could create a Centurion?
  10. This annoys me as well. When I first started, I was trying to jump over to a little ledge in one of the Barrows because I could see a weapon and some random items. Think it was a Dwarven Greatsword or something similar. I tried for ages. Sprinting then trying to jump, but at the time I didn't know that this wasn't possible. I tried without sprinting and there was no way. Would have made it across otherwise.
  11. This happens to me regularly as well. Buying the same Tomes a couple of times, even though they're not very expensive and money is no object (no cheats, just picking up everything), it would be cool to see what you've already got. Even just a little symbol next to a Spell Tome or have it greyed out. I've taken to writing anything important down now, as I do get carried away with the game and forget things.
  12. Oh, I definately would love to see this happen! I'm used to not seeing feet and the like as it's the same in many games, but it would be a very nice addition to Skyrim.
  13. I would pay to see Karl Pilkington in Skyrim as an NPC lol.
  14. I agree, the Glass Armor is far too big. It should have been more like the Morrowind version, not so much in style but definately size.
  15. I second that. You should be able to attack while on a Horse. And walk backwards with it! What kind of a Horse can't walk backwards? It's a mad world.
  16. Hey guys, just joined up as some of the Mods are worth downloading. So thought I'd poke my head in and just ask: Is anyone planning on making extra hairstyles for females? Some long, flowing hair wouldn't go amiss, the defaults aren't that great and look quite rubbish. I know most people are just replacing existing styles at the moment, but are you able to add more slider options or is that messing with the workings of the game itself?
