  1. There are already a few mods that exactly do that. The No-Helmet-Mod (you can choose what helmets you want to show and what to hide, one .esp for every helmet): - click - The No-Helmets-Required Mod (so you get the armor set bonus without wearing the helmet): - click -
  2. Yes, thats where i got the idea from. Maybe you can lock the head direction somehow, so only a maximum of 70-90 degrees to the side and 30-40 degrees up and down are possible to prevent it from beeing free movable? I dont have experience of modding stuff like this at all, its just a thought.
  3. I like that idea very much. I hope someone can help you out there. But i also got a little idea to improve this. You could make (if possible) the head of the playermodel move in the direction where the mouse looks, so if you move the mouse up, the head looks up as well, same for looking down, and to the side. Many people requested this before and i think this would fit perfectly in this mod.
  4. Yes Noxman, thats what i am requesting. The player models head shall turn in the direction of the mouse view (in 3rd person view, of course). I searched the SkyrimNexus for something like this, but i didnt find anything of that kind. BUT there is a mod out for Oblivion that does exactly change this, here is the Link: Look here you. Is it possible to convert this mod somehow to Skyrim, anyone know? (Sorry if its a stupid question, i dont have any experience with modding at all)
  5. Topic says it all, i guess. It really annoys me that i can only turn my head while pressing the A and D keys and this is only possible while walking/running and not standing. Can someone make it so the head turns always, no matter if im standing or moving, and make it so the head direction looks to the left when i move my mouse to left, and the head turns right when i move my mouse to the right, and so on?
  6. I like the first idea. The game is still too easy for my tastes even with every realism/AI/damage/difficulty mod that is currently available on the internet. But i think it should be imroved with other weapons as well, like hammers, maces, axes, etc. and even tigers, bears and dragons that hit/bite or scratch straight through the face while wearing no, or light armor helmets. Only hammers, maces, and arrows should kill instantly if you get hit in the head while wearing a heavy armor helmet.
  7. Minecraft in Skyrim? Ein klarer Fall von Geschmacksverkalkung.
  8. Thanks for uploading the armors, i like them very much ! I know that a few of the witcher armors are available on the nexus as craftables and non-replacers, since i installed them a few days ago. Just search for "witcher" or "the witcher" on the Skyrimnexus and you will find them. ;)
  9. @metasyntactic Yes. They look nice till steel plate armor. The orcish armor is also okay. But the other higher armors really destroy the feeling of the awesome atmosphere and the seriousness and danger in Skyrim, because you look like some sort of a superhero or supervillain.
  10. @Gemini Aw man, i really like that ninja armor ! If made together with the other samurai armors, it would add a nice variety to the daedra (and for those who dont like them on daedra, the armors can be put in a standalone bundle). Maybe some extra daedric ninjas's can be made with the CK, so that they sometimes try to kill you out in the wilderness and/or after you wake up from resting (like some mods do in Oblivion). But therefor a pleasant modder has to give his OK for doing the armors/helmets first.
  11. No, but stuff like armors should have a touch of realism imo. Even the glas armor looks realer than the daedra one, espacially when you use some fullmetal retexture. For me, this makes a much better atmosphere. But tastes are different. Edit: And yes, they are from the movie Sucker Punch. Thanks for the info, i didnt know that.
  12. Yes, your right. I was just saying, because i dont realy like the current daedra armor compared to the others. I prefer a more realistic style. But if someone realy creates these, you can replace every armor you wish with them anyways.
  13. Hello folks. I just found this picture on the internet and i got the idea to implement these armors ingame, to replace the daedra armor and also adding the 2 armors that the guys wear left and right to the guy in front. The one in the middle would fit to some higher ranking daedra's, the other 2 could be standard armors. A standalone mod for these armors would be also nice and maybe variants with light and heavy armors to choose from, but i would like to have them as replacers. I think they would fit perfectly into the lore of Elder Scrolls, since the blades and akaviri wear samurai-like armors and swords as well. http://www.fotos-hochladen.net/uploads/badasssamuraiss5qvpn63zk.png I know that it might be too hard to make them without CK, but maybe when its out someone can make this. I would realy like to see those armors and espacialy the helmets ingame.
  14. Its mainly a general problem. I heard even with standard songs that combat music sometimes didnt play, and sometimes it came late while fighting. But i didnt realy care, since i dont like the normal music at all. It bothers me more that the same s*** happens with my custom songs. I dont know, but its like the game just doesnt realize that there is a fight and then the current explore or dungeon song keeps on playing. Weird thing..
  15. I am using some custom music and i nearly replaced every song. But the problem is, the music often loads very long after loading new zones or just stops completly. And what i find most annoying is that it mainly just skips the combat music while fighting normal monsters and sometimes it also skips the combat music while fighting bosses. Then the explore song just keeps playing, if it plays at all. Can someone make a mod or bug fix that the right music plays directly to the matching situations?
  16. Let a vampire bite you. Then you become an undead.
  17. I like the idea, but i think it would be better to get infected by dragon attacks and when time passes you can transform in some kind of a weredragon. Or maybe add some spell that lets you transform. This way you can keep the werewolf appearance.
  18. I got a list with about 10-20 songs that i want to replace and it would be realy great if someone can do this. Otherwise i can do it by myself, but therefor i need some instructions what to do. And i want to make it a little bit louder than normal so you can hear it clearly.
  19. Is it possible to add the songs from Final Fantasy 7 to Skyrim and make them overwrite the normal music files? I just think FF7 is still the best RPG ever been made with the most epic songs to every single situation not comparable to any other RPG and it would be awesome to hear the music in Skyrim. I can tell some examples .. .. like this song shall be played in the house of the companions after entering the house (if possible): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1T3srk8Dkuo And this one shall overwrite the music while fighting: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QY1Vetd7OCs
  20. The link you posted is for oblivion.
