  1. The new NexusMods.App will (technically it already does) run natively on linux once it releases, so hopefully just a year (or maybe less) and we'll finally have an amazing mod manager that runs on Linux.
  2. In response to post #64460086. #64466991 is also a reply to the same post. that only works in windows 8+ unless you have something to handle it in 7 or below. That could be it.
  3. In response to post #64484281. NMM is now depreciated, it won't be updated unless someone rewrites it to be compatible.
  4. Perhaps a structure where you go by the directory of conflicting files like this: data/textures/* -or- data/textures/snapnbuild/* -or- data/textures/snapnbuild/housekit/* -or- data/textures/snapnbuild/housekit/wall.nif and check what you want to override, like with current conflict resolution.
  5. While I don't personally have a good enough grasp on how the extension API works, I was wondering if anyone who gets it better than I could write an extension that allows users to input a file/files to be installed into the root directory (f4se, ENB, etc.).
  6. In response to post #57727481. #57734426 is also a reply to the same post. Thanks m8.
  7. Is there a public changelog for this as there was for the limited alpha, or am I just blind?
  8. In response to post #57132121. #57133221 is also a reply to the same post. Fair enough
  9. Any chance you might make your GitHub repo public that way the brave few who know how might compile it for ourselves?
  10. Hundredth time I wished I lived on the europe side of the ocean in the last 362 days, 8 hours, 51 minutes and 3 seconds
  11. In response to post #56641926. Agreed
  12. In response to post #56508056. Yes, perhaps an opt-out for mod authors if they don't want users skipping their pages.
  13. OK, this is kind of a repost/summation of all the "modpack" comments so far but here it goes: It seems that the most functional application of this idea is to have a simple text file or the like, formatted so that vortex can read it, with direct download links that could simply be fed into vortex's download manager. A simple handler for mods that have been removed is all that might be required to address the problem of pulled mods. I, as a semi-decent programmer, see no issue with this whatsoever, nor a rule conflict present.
  14. In response to post #55396883. #55493343, #55600444, #55603491 are all replies on the same post. If you want a program tailored to your specific interests over the consensus of the entire nexus mods team then you can learn to program and make one, simple as that.
  15. In response to post #55344843. #55373403, #55373898, #55376993, #55378678, #55396798, #55413778 are all replies on the same post. those "people" are you, I believe he is pointing out that you, and others that may post similarly, should not make claims on a subject matter that you don't understand.
  16. In response to post #55458083. here here, I've been pretty much been unable to play Fallout 4/ Skyrim SE because I've been waiting to get to use vortex.
  17. Love it guys. Well done, very modern.
  18. In response to post #54671958. Go make a hugely successful mod hosting website and you can design it, but in the meantime leave it to the nexus crew.
  19. In response to post #54380538. #54388823 is also a reply to the same post. Ah, hadn't seen that actually. I was more referring to no more mods of the week.
  20. Y'all have been oddly silent recently, anything much going on (hint hint: Vortex); or is it just us fans being hopeful?
  21. Ok, so something I REALLY want to know, will vortex have an import from MO2/NMM option because otherwise I'm pretty much screwed. P.S. Thanks for all the work you Nexus guys for all the work you put in for us greedy players.
  22. In response to post #50318062. #50318772, #50320562, #50323522, #50340197, #50341977 are all replies on the same post. I'm with you Pickysaurus, I would love to help out nexus.(and see the new site)
