Hi Folks, Mabybe this mod already exists; I hope so. Is there a mod were I can pay the current or a modded blacksmith who can craft and smith weapons and armor for me? Yes I know I can console command, but I was thinking it would be cool if a blacksmith could craft you deadric or a player created armor set. Could make it fun, with go fetch quests or something like that.

Hi, I have done a new install of Skyrim and the BBP has no effect on NPCs or followers. It works fine on the player though. The body is for the NPCs and followers is definitely UNBP. I installed everything new using the mod manager. Is there any suggestion on how to get it working? Thanks!

If you have the unofficial syrim and the the unofficial dragonborn patches you need to disable them both. That fixed it for me.

Yes, I too have a problem with float up. I will update FNIS and see if that helps in the meantime I used tcl in the console to just walk up the wall.

yeah..... its unlikely they wanted to please the twilight and true blood fans. playable vampirism and lycanthropy were in TES since daggerfall and in lore from the beginning. Thanks for clarifying. They just seemed out of place for me.

I have never really understood how vampirism or lycanthropy fits in to the Elder Scrolls. I almost feel that thanks to hollywood popularizing them Bethesda swqueezed them in to make the games more exciting for fans of vampires and werewolves.

I believe this is the same for Calcelmo and a Dwarven artifact. I obtaiined a Dwarven ingot and the courier gives you the letter. Similarly, the invitation handed to you for the museum in Dawnstar. Granted, I may choose to ignore these, but it would be great if there was some consequance. IRL, I may choose to blow the stop sign, and maybe nothing will happen. Or perhaps I may get busted the cops, or perhaps I hit another car or a pedestrian. Since, I play Skyrim for entertainment and not just some virtual space to roam around, I think it could be greatly improved. And yes, I do think my character should be praised and recognized. For example, I am a lvl100 blacksmith, why am I not giving out lessons or why yes faithful guard I am an amazing alchemist *poof* here is some mead.

I am pretty happy with my Asus G74SX. I run Skyrim on ultra with about 50mods. Asus G74SX I paid around $1500 Canadian.

I had a similar issue. Try engaging and disengaging stealth mode in first person in then second person. If that does work try different combinations, engage in first then disengage in second... then vise versa. Good luck.

I have played and Elf to lvl 63, had to quit because of massive save bloat. Nord to lvl 62, again save bloat killed me. I tried Khajiit, orc, and argonian, but never really make it past lvl5 before getting bored. Also, I have a redguard at lvl 20. I always try to mix up the build style, but the beast races just don't do anything for me. However, my favorite race by far is the Temptress race.

I to start a new build, but unlike the 5 I already have, I don't want to level smithing or enchanting. I don't want to use perks to be able to smith daedric or dragon armor nor duel enchant. I am sure there is a mod out there or some console cheats, but I'd like to find a way to play this way with the benefits of the armors and enchanting, but I'd like to be able to maintain some level of role playing. Any suggestions? PS: Happy holidays and all that good stuff.

You should be able to run Ultra, with mods too!

Beth left so many open ended stories and roads to know where for future revenue. The next Elder Scrolls is likely years and years away, so look forward to a long future of dlc's. Personally, I look forward to a rebellion to boot the Thalmor, development of the Dwemer story, followers of Stendar, and Forsworn. I am cautiously optimistic about future dlc;s and as long as I get good content and immersion I don’t mind paying.

I play on ultra running the 2k textures and a multitude of mods. I have an ASUS G74SX laptop from the Gamres Repulic series. It was about $1300, here is a comparable model with quite a bit more ram than I have. ASUS G74SX

Will i lose my save if i reinstall it? I don't want to waste 90 hours of my life. No you will not. Wont hurt to back up your last few from each build. I am not sure about stored inventory, foolishly had everything stored at the bathing beauties... including my 300k gold. I will get most of it back eventually so I didnt care, but I would suggest that you store your inventory in a vanilla location, say whiterun house unmodded. I did it with 580hr... but I didn't really care. Was worth it.

Super frustrating. I couldnt resolve mine, even going to that testing area completely naked, no mods activated and waiting 31days in there. Made no difference. Safes got up to 95MB and wouldl increase about 2MB every new save. I gave up and reinstalled Skyrim. Help performance, and now I choose mods with a little more discretion. Good luck

Based on your description could be run for your life, realistic fighting, enhanced blood. I would suggest playing without the mods that are related to the CTD, then adding one every new play.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't help. I went through it and it didn't seem to do anything. I saved four times one after another without even moving, and I seemed the files size increased 2mb per save. I am cutting my losses and doing a reinstall and will be chosey for the mods I install... hopefully that'll help.

Recently, got serious bloating, 95mb per save. Its making the game almost impossible to play, load times are getting way out of hand. I am not really sure what to do.

1. You must have made Beth happy. That video was incredible. 2. In my game Whiterun doesn't look like that, how do I get it? And as a consumer I want it now. :tongue: 3. For a change of pace I have tried to go back to Oblivion.... hmmm... Skyrim truly is Beautiful. Well done.

Thanks, I've got the mod manager and explored the top downloads as well. I think I'd better do the patch right away. I played for an hour yesterday, but seem to remember the graphics being a lot better then they are. Just a matter of perseption I guess. I am playing full resolution with setting on ultra and everything seems real 'blended' for lack of better words. I probably have a skewed expectation because of 500+ hours of a highly modded Skyrim on ultra. One thing for sure I am looking forward to the Oblivion quests and the immersive qualities they carry.
