Never mind, you got the link from one of the various list of mods you downloaded or are tracking. I did a search using just the authors name (Vashdakkari) and got no hits. This mod has been locked or marked private.

I know I saw a mod which allowed the Tactical Marine Helmet to be worn under the Marine Assault Helmet. Unfortunately, I cannot find it again. Any help is appreciated.

I had a bunch of steel and aluminum and circuitry and plastic in my workshop to repair power armor. Then I didn't have any. After a run through Dunwich Excavations, I had two Abraxo Cleaner. I put them in the workshop upon returning to my favorite settlement. After a walk around and through Libertalia, I returned to my favorite settlement and was storing the Junk when I noticed that my Abraxo Cleaner was gone. So I started paying attention. I rounded up every tin can I could and scrapped them for the steel, which was stored in the workshop. I noted the number, 592. I then went and cleared Revere Station. Upon returning to my favorite settlement, I checked. The steel was gone. All 592 had evaporated. Is my experience unique?
