    to ask before I play....how many total quests are in this game? Is it possible to start it on a skill level slightly more difficult than just NORMAL?

    Immersive NPCs...a huge mod with multiple NPCs and quests added to the game. It was thought up by Kris Takahashi.

    I hate female follower mods, except for good ones, like Vilja. Majority just there for looks or sexiness. BORING!
