it must be one of the mods , i say, i dont see that issue at all. Disable all mods start new game and see if it happens then..that way you know for sure whether its a mod or not. if the issue is not tyhere, slowly add them, until it apears and bingo....

well , since cbbe isnt really ported over yet, they are working on it..i dare say thats the culprit.

the games you mention are dx9, so old skyrim sure will work on it, new one is dx11 and intel didnt make good drivers for it...... basically you are below spec to run this game.

maybe you added texture mods? i dont see any wierd issues there.

giving a list of all your mods might give ppl some clues.

its stated cleary, if mods are used ,it is the users responsability thereafter. its very obvoius not everyone knows what mods can do to your save, it can be dangerous to just remove a mod and go on playing, it all depends on the mod. some mods can be safely added and removed. i think them console players are in for a treat too....those ppl tend to add and remove mods at random...and ofcourse the game will be blamed, but in my view it is user ignorance. what i do , up to now, is, not really play, but test stuff out, what mods am i going to use. make a good choice and go off.. so think before you act. or just play vanilla like with only ussep.

there is a mod that stops the bobbing.

i use hardware monitor for temps, process explorer for ram usages and sytem uses. i use them very very sparingly, only when debugging something.

you cannot compare, old was dx9, this is dx11...its a driver issue for intelchips..they think anyone playing games is not using one of those.

and you think thats easy???all these buildings have to be made from scratch. its a heck of a work.

try setting the launcher for the card too....the launcher need to see it too for it to set the ini up correctly.

never had any problem with norton, you needto set it up properly thats all, excluding folders and so.

i see nothing worng with vanilla..personally i dont see all the improvemnt with enb's..its almost always overdone. but then tastes differ, and lets face it, the quality of our eyes, the monitor we use, its settings, the roomlighting..oh my soo many variables. i am very very happy with the way it looks now, no need for a reshade or enb here, what vividweathers do, i like that, just simple settings for bloom , saturation etc.

get the nordic snow mod, its realy realy best ever snow i seen in skyrim, and i disabled snowshaders. it looks fab to me.

what if you dont use a save, but start a new game..save might be corrupted

use a proper modorganiser outside the game, like nexus mod manager , or wrye bash..and have total control yourself

put dof slider all the wat to the left, that might cure it.

probably open cities..you get soo many textures in it overlaods something, just a guess tho... or one of the other citymods...to really find out, remove all, and add slowly to fidn the culprit.. you sure its in the right loadorder?? edit in a similar thread it was seen to be water 2 mod..it was the moving ice .soooo it can be anyhting that crosses cells i think.

What happens if you use the plugins for SFO? I guess I'm trying to understand what is breaking in them. Do they reference something in the esp that is not in SSE? Thanks for all the help guys. ha yes, and i jsut want sfo for the grass lol, well only one way to figure it out, i am going to try it, its harmless with wb organiser, easy to remove it it wont work. some ppl report old meshes work fine..

just wait and see, se will be wayyy better, it already is , in my view. i dont think i can go back, man it runs soo smooth, never a stutter, great wter, good lighting, wonderfull trees. and...no need for a biggame machine, i run it well on a lappie 2.8 ghz with nvidia 950m...ofcourse some tweaking done , but it runs like butter.

in the meantime i use the wrye bash one..works ok, and is not at all difficult. good help included.
