  1. Cojurable Beds. Also something equivocal to Perks UI, being able to enable and disable perks at will was really convenient, I first got it because I didn't like the Marksman perk that paralyzes things and makes them harder to hit from a distance.
  2. There's already a mod to summon chests and two varieties of crafting furniture that can be used to turn any location into a workshop with storage. But those dusty old ruins could use some beds, child beds, chairs, tables, bars, barstools, and counters don't you think? With all the mods to claim cells and make them homes, this seems like the next logical essential step to making those random miscellaneous ruins feel like home.
  3. I second this request. Perks UI was very useful, I would use it to De-Level perks I didn't like, or to start the game as a vampire. It was so convenient I basically considered this mod Essential.
  4. Well thanks for all the hard work and the amazing job you guys have done despite all the technical hiccups. You're dealing with a massive influx of traffic from multiple separate steam sales all at once, people are buying the complete Fallout New Vegas collection, people are buying the complete Skyrim collection, and people are also buying the complete Neverwinter Nights 2 collection from GoG and Steam, all for extremely low prices. So of course the first thing people want to do when they install or reinstall their newly acquired or newly legally owned copy of whatever game they just bought is mod the hell out of it. I'm surprised that I can even get on here this time of the year all things considered.
  5. For god's sake this please yes. The only half decent imperial armor that you wouldn't freeze your bits off in has invisible arms and legs for females in light armor and gloves that float off or into the arm.
  6. There are so many mods to add realism to the game, people want realism in the way the rain splashes, people want realism in the way the smoke moves, people want footprints in the snow, and to freeze from hypothermia if they don't have warm cloths. But somehow, it doesn't seem to bother anyone that the imperials walk around in glaciers with their arms and legs exposed, like it's a mid-summer day on a Mediterranean shore. How does that not bother people who care about realism and immersion? Even the Romans that the lore unfriendly armor was based on wore pants once they invaded Northern Europe and started losing their bits and pieces to frostbite, I chock this up to a terrible design decision by Bethesda but I'm amazed by how little it get's under the skin of people who get so hard for immersion and realism. I know there are a couple of mods, one is a fantastic mod by the name of Perfect Legion... That unfortunately has gauntlets on all the light armors that clip through the arms or float a bit off from the arm, especially noticeable on female characters, so you'd think people concerned with realism would want to fix that. The other is a pants mod that's extremely low quality, pretty much incompatible with any HD armor reskins because it looks so out of place, that tatters up the kilt piece and only works for light and studded armor. Sure there's a chainmail variant, but it only works on males. I can't be the only one bothered by all the half naked imperials running around like it's summer. It's enough to make me want to use the Tropical mod for better immersion, how has there not been good imperial reskins (aside from with with major light armor issues) with pants yet?
  7. Thanks, but that mod doesn't really do the job. Sure it adds pants to light armor, but it's really low quality and doesn't work for heavy armor, and before you link to this http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12611//? It only works for males.
  8. My dream mod is for Perfect Legion to be updated so that the light armor and guantlents don't have issues because it's the only Legion replacer overhaul that adds sleves and pants to a world where every legionaire would probably die of hypothermie and lose their bits to frostbite. Roman themed or not, Romans wore pants in colder climates, even a people who saw it as barbarian fashon and looked down on it did it for the utility. The imperials have no such reservations about wearing pants, and I can only wonder if whoever developed their vanilla armor lives in a scorching desert and has never experienced a cold day in his life.
  9. The best Imperial Armor Mod I've seen is this one http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6085//? Unfortunately, the gloves are broken. Specifically the light armor seems to have gauntlets that float off the arm a bit in one direction or another, which is impossible to ignore and especially noticable on female characters. Even the Romans wore pants in europe when the winter struck, the default armor is completely unrealistic and I refuse to believe I'm the only one who's immersion is broken by floating light guantlets and people walking around with their legs exposed with ice all around.
  10. There are a lot of great Imperial retex mods, and a few overhauls, but besides the Perfect Legion mod (which is amazing, but seems to have a few glitches) there doesn't seem to be any that add sleeves and trousers. It's sort of immersion breaking that they can walk around with their kibbles and bits exposed, a lot of them not even Nords, and not even worry about frostbite while you're dying of hypothermia with Frostfall. Don't you think? So what I request is simple, nothing but sleeves and pants for both sexes. No changes to the armor itself, no retex, just... add... sleeves and pants... Is that doable? If so it would be compatible with most of the other mods, I think. After playing with files trying to manually install dark brotherhood robes from multiple mods to get them just the way I like them, I realized it's probably doable, and it would add to immersion immensely.
  11. We can has redone Imperials and Stormcloaks with this mod? Perfect Legion may be abandoned and seems to have glitches with the gauntlets, and stormcloaks never got good armor
  12. One of these days someone is going to dig into the Build Your Own Home scripts and combine it with hearthfire assets, create a beautiful fully customizable keep with properly placed walls that isn't too over the top to be believable, find a flat place to put it and have a "Build Your Own Manor* mod. And that mod will be featured in Mod Sanctuary, become one of the top downloads on Nexus, and make the modder internet famous.
  13. My favorite followers both have an annoying habbit of summoning antrinochs and I would really like to remove their abilirty to summon those clunky things. Unfortunately, when I click them and enter removespell id for the corrisponding spells, it doesn't seem to work, removespell 204c4 on Breylna for instance just gives me an error message, but she still casts the spell. I can't find any way to display an NPC's spells like you can display their inventory, can anyone help?
  14. Anyone who's finished the Civil War with those Guard Armor wearing Stormcloaks (to which I reccomend This Mod btw, makes the faction look much better) has probably noticed that the final speech sequence is laughably bad, not only does Ulfric face the wrong direction, not only does everyone stare at you while he's speaking, not only is the dialgue so hamfisted in the voice acting it sounds like they just rushed it in at the last minute, but there are long drawn out pauses during the speech that really detract from it. There's only so much anyone can do with such a horrible ridiculous mess, but has anyone tried? Is there a fix for that mess anywhere on the Nexus?
  15. For some reason, Hjerim has never really gotten a quest compatible Hearthfire compatible upgrade. I blame the Stormcloak default armor, without the tabbard and hood mod it's just god aweful retexed generic guard NPC armor, not even with it's own boots and gloves And the fact that Windhelm always has a blizzard, and the ending of the Stormcloak quest line is one of the worstly acted NPC speeches ever And the fact that Hjerim is ugly has the master bed in a strange location has a clipping rope from the kitchen behind it and is in the ugliest place possible But all that aside Hjerim needs a simple hearthfire and quest compatible upgrade that adds a basement with a full crafting outfit. It's like the only player home that doesn't have one. That and, well, Windhelm is supposed to be the Stormcloak Capitol and Hjerim should be befitting a war hero, all things considered.
  16. Unfortunately none of the blacksmith mods for Hjerim seem to be Housecarl and Blacksmith friendly, or they're gigantic mods that completely redesign the place into a gigantic mansion that CTD's upon entering. Can anyone make a simple mod to add a smithing room connected to the enchanting/alchemy room or something? Maybe move the master bed against a wall? Please please please please.
  17. One thing that always bugged me about Hjerim is having to trudge through town to get to a blacksmith, so... Could anyone add a small basement connected to the secret enchanting room with a smithy smelter tanning rack workbench grindstone and chopping block? There's a similar mod but it's not Hearthfire compatible, and for some reason all the other mods are either way over the top with displays and manniquins, or just don't add all the crafting gear, or don't work with the kid's room. I've been thinking about cracking open the editor and trying to do it myself but ever since I bought Hearthfire I've had a CTD problem and I'd probably have to reinstall everything to fix it.
  18. I've always hated AWSD keys and I've always hated 1-0 keys. The 1-0 keys are too horizontally spread out across the keyboard, and the W is slightly to the left of the ASD keys plus I need the alphabet to type so it's just always seemed more intuitive to use the arrow keys and numpad keys. My setup is always around that. All I want to do is rebind my action keys from 1-0 to my Numpad, but Atari doesn't seem to have given me that option. It's like they assume everyone is right handed and prefers to use AWSD. Is there a mod that allows the hotkeys on the action bar to be redefined?
  19. Oh dear god google sucks I was searching for ways to rebind Neverwinter Nights 2 action keys and it brought me here.
  20. Ohhh You should do a Total War Nexus series. There are a lot of great Total War mods and finding them is often a great pain that requires combing through forums, visiting websites, ect. Imagine what good it would do for some of the mods if they were tied into the Nexus Community, especially some of the more obscure but all the same wonderful mods for games like Medieval 2 Total War which still has an active player base and an active mod community, and Rome 2 is coming out and promising to deeply disappoint fans of the original so people may want to mod that (if they don't decide to punish modders again)
  21. There may be minor distortions of my character's head, I haven't really noticed all that much, but it's mostly visible on NPC's with certain hairstyles, the Legion Mask is what tore it for me. Yep, and I've since uninstalled, but it seems to have stuck. Wait there's a lot of stuff in the Meshes folder, is there a specific folder within it I should move?
  22. I installed a mod (since uninstalled and deleted) that seems to have had an unfortunate side effect. A lot of NPCs now have noticeably malformed heads and distorted features. Several characters have distorted faces, egg heads, Lanius even has his face clipping through his mouth when he talks. I don't know what to do, is there any way to fix this without reinstalling the game (and all the many mods, one of which takes like an hour?)
