  1. I'm trying to achieve a cheesy 80's / 90's action movie hero look for one of my characters. One thing that'll polish the look is a headwrap or bandana like you see charaters on films such as Sniper, or any vietnam war movie wearing over their heads. However i cant find a mod that adds these anywhere on nexus or bethesda.net. i know there's a mod which adds vietnam war clothing, which includes a headwrap, but i don't want all the other stuff that comes with it. Any chance someone could make a mod that adds these? Thanks
  2. I realised the other day, there are a distinct lack of mods on xbox that add sunglasses for the player to wear, especially for male characters. In the vanilla game there are only three to choose from, the patrolmans glasses, the wraparound goggles and the the classic 60's style sunglasses. You also can get the operators glasses in Nuka World, once you get that far. Could some create s mod that adds more variety and options for sunglasses. Thanks
  3. Hi everyone, There are mods currently available on Xbox, which add a prisoner / hostage mechanic to the game, for example "imtimidation Overhaul" and prisoner shackles. (Check them out, they're great mods. What's missing though, especially for xbox, is appropriate clothing and accessories mods to accompany the above mods and add immersion to the game. My idea is simple, (i hope) and that is to add simple lore friendly clothing, specifically torn and ripped clothing (keeping sensitive parts covered to keep within Bethesda's TOS) and also restraints and gags, that take up armour slots so they can be worn over under-armour, or the newley created ripped clothing. Rstraints that go on the wrists and ankles, and a chest piece, that maybe goes around the torso and when in the hostage pose, also goes around the top of the arms. And i mean simple lore friendly restraints and gags made from cloth / rope / tape etc, not innappropriate ones (again to remain within TOS) If anyone is worried about such a mod breaching Bethesda's TOS, be assured that as long as they're simple and lore friendly, it won't, because Bethesda themselves introduced these themes to the game. And as for torn and ripped clothing, theres a plethora of mods on xbox the adds skimpy clothing that leaves little to the imagination. They added the pillory with the Contraption Workshop DLC,. They added shackled prisoners and mannequins with duct tape around the wrists, ankles and mouths with the Nuka World DLC. My idea expands on, and improves the themes that Bethesad added themselves and makes them much more immersive. If anyone is willing to take this on, i would be eternally gratefull. Thanks for your time
  4. Hi Tirecom, i appreciate you feedback, but don't forget, someone put a lot of time and effort into creating the original mod Plus with over 60,000 downloads on xbox alone, and over 210,000 downloads off of nexus, i would argue that this is more than just a "niche", i would also argue that its a very popular mod, and any extension of it, has the potential to be just as popular as well.
  5. There is mod out there doing the rounds called "prisoner shackles" by an author called Mlucke. Its been around for a while. The link to the original mod is below: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18436 If you don't know it, it contains animations mosty from the Nuka World DLC, which allows the player to put settler assignable mats down in their settlements, these mats contain prisoner animations. The mats are permenantly assignable, meaning whichever settler is assigned to it, they will remain in that pose or animation permenantly, until reassigned. A bit like the guard mats. There are also placeable cages and prison cells inculded, which you can place the mats in. Basically this mod gives you the ability to turn a whole settlemant into a Raider prison camp, or you can have a small jail in normal settlements giving them a lore friendly law and order theme. It also doesn't breach Bethesda's TOS so its safe for Xbox as its only poses and animations. There are already a range of poses, but they mostly consist of prisoners already in cells, (lots of sitting and standing posed) and very few animations. Mlucke has graciously given permission for the mod to be expanded by adding new and custom poses and animations which will compliment what already exists. I can produce a screenshot of said permisson on request. Is there anyone willing to take this request on? Thanks
  6. A request for a simple clothing mod (at least i hope it's simple as i'm not a modder) Can someone take the silver tape from the Operators training mannequins and make it a craftable, wearable clothing item, is this possible? Thanks
  7. Download and save a copy in your downloads folder. I do that now on Nexus because many modders are unhappy with Nexus making mod packs or whatever term the use now. They have been deleting or hiding their work because they have lost control of their work. You can find articles about it if you want more info. Thanks for the advice but i only play on consoles, i have to rely on whats available on bethesda.net
  8. I now know why i couldn't find it, its dissapeared from Bethesda.net :(
  9. Graf's security fences, thats the one!! Thanks for your help @instyne49, you are awesome
  10. I use to have a mod which added more substantial chain link fences to the build menu, old fences with breezeblock defences chain link fences with metal sheets over them etc, but for the life of me can't find it any more. Is anyone able to help? Thanks
  11. Please could someone port this mod across to xbox. The mod description states its NSFW, but its just a clothing mod, so its shouldn't breach bethesda's TOS, there are plenty of clothing mods on xbox that leave very little to the imagination. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/48798 The mod author has given permission, screenshot can be sent on request Thanks
  12. Hi, There is a mod out there created by Mlucke called Prisoner Shackles. Its a great mod that adds some awesome raider aesthetics to you settlements. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18436 What i'd like is a mod to compliment this mod by adding a lore friendly gag, something similar to ulfics gag from Skyrim, or maybe duct tape, like what you find on the Operators training dummies in Nuka World. And maybe some simple restraints. I'm not interested in anything weird or NSFW, that'll breach Bethesda's TOS, just something simple and lore friendly, that can be ported across to xbox, to compliment an existing mod. thanks
  13. Would it be possible for someone to make a mod similar to Tonicmole's Busty mod for Fallout 4 and make it available for Skyrim SE, also for use on consoles. "A simple mod alters the root shape, so it will apply to all body shapes including DLC armor, and custom mod armor. Everything." *above quote copied directly from @tonicmole description from the original Fallout 4 mod page. Primarily for the vanilla body but can also work with other body mesh mods, it's mod that increases the vanilla bust size and a slight increase in booty size of the character and NPCs and also affects armour and clothing, without being ridiculously over proportioned. Thanks
  14. Hi @thumbincubation, that would be awesome! I forgot to mention i play on xbox, so once it's up and running would you allow someone to port it, if i find someone willing? Thanks for getting back to me.
  15. An someone create a mod that adds craftable weapons armour and clothing that resembles what Scottish highlanders would have worn and used during the medieval period, around the time of the first Scottish War of Independance Why? Because Highlanders are fearsome warriors, and just awesome!
  16. Rescuing damsels in distress from the clutches of evil doers is a staple trope of any fantasy epic (like the Elder Scrolls). A topic that is sadly lacking and under represented in Skyrim. The only reference to this in the game are the rather boring and lackluster rescue mission quests. Theres no imagination or immersion to these quests, They feel like Bethesda has just slotted them in as an afterthought. I would really appreciate it if someone is able to create / port a mod that adds more immersive and imaginitive damsel rescue quests. For example, having to rescue damsels from dragon lairs, or from bandit camps / dungeons, and you have to fight a powerful boss, in an epic battle before rescuing them, just like the classic cheesy action movies. In order to make it more immersive and realistic, the damsels should also be appropriatly restrained and attired, so they look like actual damsels, not just sat on the floor. In relation to the quest, it could be a radiant quest, given by jarls or any NPC for a bounty, or they could also be quests that spawn randomly in the wilderness or map locations. What would also be cool, is for there to be a polar opposite, an option for the player to play as the bad guy. If you play as a bandit / vampire/ general bad guy, you can have an option to kidnap your own damsels in distress, perhaps with a spell or power that renders them unconsious or paralized, then carry them away to wherever you want, including player homes, where they can be restrained to prevent them from running off or leaving, maybe using a system similar to Amazing Follower Tweaks so you can access their inventory in order to appropriatly attire them. You can then ransom them back to their families, sell them or keep them as cattle. Thanks for reading my essay
  17. There are a couple of great mods out there for XBone that add poses and animations that can be used on the player character and on NPCs. To make them work on console, the mods use rings that when equipped, bring up a menu you select your pose, then equip a second corresponding ring that applies the pose/animation to the player, or a corresponding power/spell the applies the pose to a targetted NPC. The existing mods are great, but they have a lot of random and unimmersive poses and animations. I would really appreciate it if someone would be able to create / port a mod or a series of mods which adds more lore friendly poses and animations grouped under specific topics, like combat animations, tavern poses and animations, (drinking, fighting, pub games flirty etc) homes (cooking, cleaning, tinkering) poses / animations to improve the aesthetics of bandit camps, vampire lairs, hunters camps, for example more hostage / prisoner / interrogation poses and animations. Thanks for taking the time to read this
  18. There are two specific tropes / themes that Bethesda have included in Skyrim, which for whatever reason are a bit dull, lackluster, flat and not very immersive or realistic. My hope is that someone can create some mods that will change that. These tropes are: The classic damsel in distress. Bethesda created rescue mission quests, however these are a bit flat, boring and un-immersive. The other, is Kidnap and ransom / extortion, as evidenced by the Dark Brotherhood faction, with the prisoners in the Dawnstar Sanctuary, who you can extort for info leading to treasure and the hostages in the abandoned cabin. Bethesda included these themes in the game, so they are topic areas that should be ok to be expanded on. However, there are hardly any decent mods out there, especially on consoles (xbox mainly, its understandable why they are not on PS4) which improves these themes. The few that i have found on Nexus appear to be very popular, with views and downloads in the thousands, If they are so popular, why aren't there more? I know most of them contain NSFW content, but its only the context that makes them NSFW, not the theme itself. So, why cant there be more damsel rescue and kidnap and extortion / ransom mods, themes bethesda introduced themselves, which are SFW? As they sould be ok, especially for console users. I have some ideas if anyone is interested Thanks for your time.
  19. Could someone create a mod which makes the rescue mission radiant quests more immersive, more in line with the traditional image of a fantasy epic damsel in distress. By which i mean when you find the hostage, they are just kneeling on the floor, with all their gear on and still able to talk, shout etc. Not very immersive am i right? Could this be fixed with a mod that temporarily changes the hostages gear, while they're a hostage, to resemble an actual hostage. For example have them equipped in prisoner rags, or their defult underwear, with the wrist bindings and Ulfric's gag, and replace their defult speech to muffled sounds, while they are captive. Once freed, they re-equip their ordinary gear, remove the bindings and gag, and have their nomal speech restored before going about their business Could it be made available for xbox as well. Thanks
  20. Would it be possible to create a craftable version of Ulfric's gag from Skyrim in Fallout 4. Which you can wear and equip NPC's with. Would it also be possible to make it so when equipped by player or NPC, their speech becomes muffled, like in real life, then return to normal when unequipped I play on xbox 1 Thanks
  21. Would it be possible to create a mod which makes available a version of Ulfics gag, that's classed as light armour, so you can equip it, and make NPCs / companions also equip it, using perks such as ATF, and Taylors Measure Now for the more immersive part: could it be made so when it's equipped by an NPC / companion, their speech becomes muffled, like it would in real life, and when unequipped, their speech returns to normal, similar to the hostages in the Abandoned Shack, but more realistic I play on xbox 1 Thanks
  22. That, is a really sensible idea. I don't do sensible, my idea has comedy value.
  23. Does anyone else get annoyed by companions and NPCs constantly interupting when you're in dialogue, making you miss what's being said? Well i do, so i need a simple solution As Ed Harris' charater said in the The Rock, "Put some friggin tape over Mr Sinclair's mouth, he's waisting my time!" So a simple soultion that adds a bit of comedy value, create some tape or a length of cloth you can equip NPC'S / companions with, which covers their mouth and (if possible) adjust their sound to make them sound muffled. Then continue to explore and engage safe in the knowledge that there'll be no further rude interuptions.
  24. Yeah, that also looks good, but i fear the quests themselves would be the same as vanilla and theres too many other quests. What i'm after is something specifically aimed at damsels in distress and is more immersive and realistic than vanilla, in terms of animations, clothing, accessories, interactions, sound effects, random encourters etc etc. I understand though, that i may not get everything, if anything, this is more of a wish rather than a request. Immersive wenches has been the closest so far. Its just a shame i can't find the quest version for xbox I do really appreciate you trying to help, so thanks
  25. Thanks for the heads up. I'm aware of this mod, however i play on XBone and i can only find a non-quest version on Bethesda.net. You're right, it's not exactly what i'm looking for, but does cover part of it, if someone would be good enough to port this version for XBone, it would be a good stop gap for the meantime. Thanks for your help
