You have a corrupted save. You may have to go back several saves to find a clean one or, worst case start a new game. I had the same problem with Marketh, I could enter any time I wanted but could never leave (homage to Hotel California.)

I need 5 or 6 testers for my next mod. If you want to try my mod pm me and I will give you a download link. One caveat, if you are a member of the Dark Brotherhood, don't respond. This mod will break your game.

My suggestion is to backup your saves, run BOSS, and then start a new game. If you have the same problems un-tick any mods that BOSS didn't recognize. If the game runs without crashing, go back and check one of the unknowns and play Skyrim again. Keep doing this until you have found the culprit. Now this doesn't mean you don't have a corrupt save in your backup saves. You may have to keep trying them until you find one that works.

RLO and COT are in the wrong load order. Run BOSS.

CBBE and UNP are two different body types, select one or the other to download. CBBE comes with several tools listed as "CalienteTools" in the Skytim/data folder. In the folder you will find "BodySlide" which has gives you the option to shape the female body exactly to your liking or you can choose one of the presets. The tools also contain a folder "TexBlendLite" that you use to remove the neck seams from the npc's. If you still are having problems or other questions pm me and I will give you more in depth instructions.

First, you should put these lists in spoiler tags so they don't clutter the screen. I am not trying to be mean but others wouldn't be so nice. That being said, looking over your log, Try un-ticking anything that has to do with lighting and ambush. Also you have lots of dirty files which can cause problems.

Have you run BOSS? The thing that jumps out to me in your load order is RLO and COT they are not being loaded correctly. This could easily be your problem. COT gives a link to how it should be loaded. The Highres texture packs should be loaded directly below the last ESM then all RLOs then all COTs then the Unofficial patches and finally StaticMeshImprovements Mod. Then load everything else.

I would dismiss all the followers and see if you can get them back. Also, if using UFO, you just click on the top menu option and select time to go. If you can do neither, press ~ and enter show playerfollowercount. That should give you the number of followers you have. Next type set playerfollowercount to 0. That will dismiss all of your followers. Just to make sure type show playerfollowercount again and you should get a 0. After that go and recruit your followers again. If none of this helps you will have to go back to a game save before you left them.

My mod Norine the Escaped Thalmor Prisoner places a prisoner back into Skyrim as a follower. In progress is a quest to kill the Thalmor Justiciar that had captured and tortured her. I am also hoping to have her voiced acted. All of this takes time and time is what I have little of so call it a WIP. But, one day....

Can you show us your load order?

Simply add this line to the bottom of the General section in your SkyrimEditor.ini found under your skyrim folder not data "bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1" without the quotes. This will allow you to load skyrim.esm and apachii.esm at the same time.

I switched to AFT as well, UFO is great if you can live some of the forced changes it makes. That said, they are both great follower mods whichever you choose.

For the all Female guards you need to download the face fix from here. Then you need to run texture Blender foe the CBBE body. It is under data\Caliente Tools in your Skyrim foler. You only need to run the light version. That should get rid of most of your neck seam problems. A couple of last things I'll add: 1: install CHSBHC BBP before CBBE 2: Run BOSS for the correct load order. Hope this helps.

I personally like ULTRA REALISTIC WORLD LIGHTING or URWL as it is often called. I also use Realistic Lighting Overhaul but I think it might be a little dark for what you are looking for. Like the previous poster I use RealVision ENB as well.

He is the same character that you released from Northwatch Keep. He has the exact same attributes as the original, 2h warrior, heavy armor, archery. If you go to Dragon Bridge and look around with your HUD, you will see a large paw indicating a stormcloak camp. He is in that camp waiting. BTW, you can install with NMM. Just download the file and select the top button on the mod page. Remember, He is a WIP and I will consider you a beta tester so send me some feedback. When completed he will be voiced and have a few quirks. PM me if you have any problems. Anyone else that wants to download and beta test is welcome, just let me know tha you are a tester. Also, while I think about it. This file contains the work of other moders that I have express permission to use. I looked at the esp in CK and it had an unknown.esm attached that I couldn't remove. I tried to open it in TES5edit and got and error message and TES5edit closed. I have a WIP mod you can download here . He is located in the stormcloak camp outside of Dragon Bridge. Let me know what you think.

Ok... I would stay away from anything higher than 2k textures. Then follow the advice of Jeir and remember Skyrim looks great in other resolutions besides Ultra. Choose and install what will work best for your system. Unfortunately, that probably leaves my mods out. :confused:

The mods you use depends on how powerful your system and graphics card are. Boss is a mod ordering program, simply search Nexus and it will point you to the download site.

What type? Male, female, high rez textures, freckles? All come with a non-nude version. Mostly it depends on your taste.

I just downloaded Spike and tested. It causes an immediate CDT for me as well.
