Try using one of my standalone followers and see if you still CDT. My followers do not require anything but skyrim.esm and update.esm and your game be updated to 1.9. If you do it isn't the follower mod. Karita Norine Eisa

I would love to have videos of my mod Karita the Pilgrim, Eisa Blackthorn and Norine. But, if you only do one, make it Karita the Pilgrim. It is my most loved mod. Thanks in advance.

You might want to try Younger Faces I think it Ethereal Elven Overhaul work best for elves. BTW I never use Bella's, Realistic Female Face is much better and if you want glamour use Pretty Face. But then those are just my preferences.

Are you doing a custom follower?

Thanks folks, I had enough testers and the mod is now up. I have a couple of new ones coming soon, One that puts Thorald GreyMane back into Skyrim as a follower. Would you be interested in testing my new mod? It places Eisa Blackthorn, encountered outside Frostmere Crypt and gives you the Pale Lady quest, back into Skyrim. It sounds like you are missing a necessary hair mod, What mod did you download?

OK.. First forget the face mods, they are for npc's. Pretty Eyes for the payer is a good one to use though. On the showracemenu you just have to spend time adjusting the bars using the left or right key to progress one at a time. Of course the features depend on the race you have chosen. Some people find a photo of a girl they want to look like and adjust the parameters until they have a reasonable likeness. Mostly it is trial and error. However, nose shape, eye position and cheekbones play an important part. Also, pay special attention to mouth height and chin width. Keep in mind, not every one has the same idea of what is beautiful.

Better to ask permission first. GSC Game World holds the rights to STALKER though there are rumors that the rights ma be sold.

I used to use Unreal Cinema but now I use RealVision. Not good for low end systems though.

Are you making NPC's or your playable character?

RealVision ENB would be difficult for your system to handle. I use it but I have a hand built monster. Stay with the 2k textures, you really won't notice that much difference. Your stuttering is probably caused by the way Skyrim and Windows uses your CPU. You can Google for some tweaks that might help.

Forget the relationship at the moment and continue with your editing, Save your work and close CK. Open CK again and there should be a reference to your character. Remember your looking for the follower, so in the ID box at the top you should have something like My Follower name relationship. then you can set the other fields. I hope this helps. OK....you loaded the textures but not the meshes. You should have a folder like this meshes>actors>character>facegendata>facegeom>Urshug - Adoptable Orc Orphan.esp>what ever number.nif. You need to use NifScope and edit the parameters and your face problem will disappear. pm me if you need more help and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

What is the URL for the mod?

Un-check the Hearthfire.esm in NMM. Then re-check it when ready to play.

Yeah, but that is assuming no mods. Try setting it to low and see if that helps. Otherwise get rid of any mods that have high rez textures. Unfortunately, your laptop graphics is just not powerful enough. Skyrim is very demanding.

What directory are you downloading it into?

I use RealVision with RLO and COT, you have to turn off AA and Anisotropic Filtering and make a few .ini settings and it works well. I also use Unreal Cinema sometimes for screenshots. Good hunting.
