  1. try loading an old save to the point of before this lag began then make a new save from it log into each character ONCE make 1 new save on each character then exit skyrim go to documents, my games, skyrim, saves delete every save that is not those new saves you just made then go back and see if the lag still exists this should help temporarily untill the save folder piles up again i have done the same thing in fallout 4 and skyrim
  2. what type of harddrive and cpu do you have and ram speed
  3. I tried that. I deleted all the files from the mod but it's still listed in NMM. What should I do? ignore what the manager says uninstall the manager then reinstall the manager Didn't work. I deleted all the mods files from the data folder and uninstalled then reinstalled NMM but the mod was still there even though all its files were deleted. And LOOT still crashes when sorting load order. delete data folder search in my computer for any name relating to the mod in question and delete it uninstall loot and nmm search my computer for any name relating to loot and nmm and delete it download ccleaner or glary utilities have it fix registry to delete broken registry keys to stuff you deleted already restart your computer clear cache with glary utilities or ccleaner (or both) defrag your harddrive (glary utilities has it and it's good) restart your computer reinstall skyrim reinstall loot and nmm then try and see if it's still there after all of that if it's still bloody there then reformat the harddrive burn the house down then nuke the house remains then do every religious cleaning ritual on the radioactive land ever imaginable and pray that it's finally gone if it's still there after reforming, burning down the house, nuking the house, hundreds of cleaning rituals, praying get some sort of experimental drug to erase your memory of everything that happened

  5. i'm getting the same but with enb being the cause have you checked task manager while playing to make sure skyrim isn't using more ram than you have available for the rest of the system all i could suggest for you is to undo what ever it is you did to the point of before the stuttering began for starters get rid of Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp Unofficial Hearthfire Patch.esp Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esp they're outdated you already have the legendary version download loot see if some mod is corrupt missing something from it and get rid of that mod try using cleanmem try removing Realistic Ragdoll Force - Realistic it's such a broken mod for example when i started up skyrim the horse and cart intro scene was barrel rolling all over the place due to that mod
  6. idk it's like asking why do pimples grow in some specific spot on your body
  7. it clearly says floatpointrendertarget is not enabled maybe you should start by fixing that try using cleanmem try disabling all graphical and environmental mods to see if one of them is broken then you need to disable/enable individually relaunching each time to see what mod is causing it
  8. You should ALWAYS enable VSync so your fps never exceed 60fps! Otherwise weird things will happen to your game. Enable it and see if you still have problems with fps drops. And neither ENBoost nor the Skyrim Memory patch will make it possible that Skyrim can use all of your PC's potential. They improve the stability and performance significantly but there are still limits. I tried this and I can't tell any difference, same thing every time. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game back but it just doesn't want to work for me. it's enb related i got the same problem like i already told you but there is a modified version of enb some shadow patch it optimises shadows and increases fps slightly you will have to search it your self i can't find it
  9. I tried that. I deleted all the files from the mod but it's still listed in NMM. What should I do? ignore what the manager says uninstall the manager then reinstall the manager
  10. skyrim needs more than 3gigs of ram to function properly it needs 4gig minimin everything low or medium settings NO MODS and then you need 1gig of ram for background computer related tasks it's amazing your skyrim even launched
  11. i'm getting fps drops and fps freezing with enb as well it could be something dodgy in the recent enb patch you could try using an older enb patch also get cleanmem it helps with memory too
  12. this post is old all those patches are old you need the Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch also cleanmem fixes stuff as well to do with lots of mods, old mods(not broken mods), low vram generally any memory related problem it clears the memory before problems cause enough stress to cause ctd also the common cause for ctd is the mods are broken
  13. loading screens are usually controled by the harddrive try installing skyrim onto a different harddrive or try deleting skyrim data folder then doing a defrag of the harddrive then reinstalling skyrim i use this for my defags since windows defrags are garbage http://www.glarysoft.com/
  14. enb is causing freezing for a second or half a second and causing 20fps less than normal and changing enb settings freezes the game momentarily and enb isn't fully saving all the changes i made for the next time i launch the game 38xx/xxxx what ever resolution(as close to 4k as dvi cable allows) 1080ti 24gig ram using cleanmem 144hs 1ms monitor 4930k cpu overclocked to 4.1mhz skyrim settings on ultra multiple 2k and 4k texture mods basically when i started skyrim fresh in helgen i was not getting freezes or fps drops suddenly outside bear cave no fps drop but when i get to the river i realised my particals were disabled no flame in hand no shock bolt happening ect ect i fiddled with enb settings to turn them back on BAM i start freezing occasionally and fps drops by 20 fps less than it was previously
  15. that's normal for your computer specs it's your frame rates get ENB and cleanmem they both can help with outdated or low end computers struggling in memory/fps/crash/freeze related problems alternatively you can slow your turn speed sensitivity giving your computer more time to react
  16. do you have any mods that change textures? try disabling them i have had a black texture glitch happen due to mods i had ran out of vram and cleanmem fixed it try verifying steam cache if you use steam also what graphic card do you have sometimes low end OLD cards can do similar weird stuff
  17. it's slightly to the right from the middle it's near the bottom of the screen
  18. download a mod that makes you immune to fall damage http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9008/? there was absolutely no need to reinstall everything lol
  19. voice of the emperor has a big radias use console command give your self that spell and try using it while retracing the path you came from or find some mod on steam or nexus that has a giant calming spell then fast travel when they're calm
  20. it could be slow harddrive(it could need a defrag or you bought a slow one) or harddrive is dying to do with the npc, quest rewards taking so long (if it is the harddrive you would notice similar problems in other games since it's universal) try deleting data folder and reinstalling the game try downloading enb and cleanmem to do with random ctd and dungeon stuff that stuff usually comes back even after reinstalling watch a tutorial for both of those enb and cleanmem also do a defrag of your harddrive to try and fix the npc/questreward stuff generally a lot of things would be taking a long time to load but you would notice it a lot more in games http://www.glarysoft.com/ you can defrag+optimise with glary utilities
  21. try using enb seperates the core game file memory from the memory the mods use also make sure you check in enblocal.ini that it has enough vram because the default is tiny http://enbdev.com/download_mod_tesskyrim.html cleanmem clears memory repeatedly based on the time you set it to helping to prevent memory related glitches and crashes and freezing
