  1. Site nav works fine for me on Opera, but download speeds (both manual and using MO2) are abysmal. Like less than 100 kb/s abysmal. Yesterday all was fine.
  2. All pages now display an error 500 when I try to access them.
  3. Same issue here. Neither DIY or Creative clutter appear in the workshop.
  4. Argh, this is like waiting for Christmas when I was 8. Still, the weapon racks are complete awesomesauce. Yeah, I live in central Alberta, some of the fires we've had have burned towns to ground. Consider investing in asbestos underwear.
  5. The best weapon style for perception based combat is Rifleman, and go all the way if you hate bullet sponges like I do. Gunslinger and commando are also good if you load up on agility and like pistols and/or automatic weapons. Since the 10mm can be converted to a full auto, commando comes in handy. If you use a 44, a laser pistol/plasma/alien blaster, or deliverer as single shot, then gunslinger is what you want. I usually do all of them, but concentrate on one first. It depends on how you plan on playing. If you want to streamline things, then go Rifleman and one other as a backup for close quarters combat. <rant>I mean really, ONE 5.56 round to someones head will blow big pieces off or spread open a skull like a butterfly. a .308 will make a head explode. A .50 BMG round will do absolutely unholy things. Combat in most video games is like going to war with daisy pellet guns. </rant>
  6. I've since traced this issue to an automatron mod adding a lot of mods to the robot workbench. Offhand I can't recall the name of the mod and can't find it on Nexus. Removing the mods (stealth field was one of them) from robots fixed the problem. It seemed every time I went near a robot I altered using the mod, the camera would go nuts.
  7. From what I've read on steam, this is a result of CC updates breaking things. I just started getting this error from my latest reinstall (As of April 2019). If that's the case, then that means installing another F4 update and f4se, and all the mods all over again, and hoping that fixes it.
  8. In response to post #64222811. #64223906, #64234061, #64254026, #64271071 are all replies on the same post. Membership or not, my adblocker stays, and I don't whitelist any sites ads. If it was just a matter of paying for an increase in download speed, that would be fine, but trying to force me to pay to get rid of bandwidth hogging, malware laced adverts is a good way of ensuring I don't support you financially. Why would I pay you to stop bothering me with ads when I can just block them?
  9. I get the same thing at the Lumber Mill in Far Harbor when I enter into the area bounded by the construction zone, it's like being caught in a massive detonation that never stops. In other games it's happened at the Red Rocket settlement. I'm wondering if it's not something connected with Automatron and settlements? The one thing I've noticed is that in each case an Automatron robot was nearby. It seems to limit itself to one settlement, but I'll have to test this out more. In this case, I loaded NAC when the troubkles started, but in earlier games when this happened I wasn't using it.
  10. I get no dialogue options when dressed as the silver shroud during any of Kent's missions, or Hancock's, just regular character dialogue options. I'm running a lot of mods, so I suspect it's likely something has hijacked the dialogue, but I've ran them before with no issues. Has anyone else run into this? To my knowledge nothing I have touches the silver shroud costume or weapon. I'm running both Better Goodneighbor, and The Goodneighbor Player Condo Home by RedRocketTV. I've used them before with no issues with the Silver Shroud Quest.
  11. Interesting. I'm also having an odd crash only with the armor workbench. I've been going through my mod list disabling things to see where the issue was (weirdly enough disabling NAC and removing CFL enb seemed to solve the issue for a while). I just reinstalled AWKCR with nmm and found concealed armors had over written it.
  12. I'm running a similar system, with over 200 mods plus enb on ultra settings. I expect crashes every so often, but I have run with nary a crash. I've also noted that mods are acting wonky when previously they haven't.
  13. Yup same here, I'm not Dr. Peter Haas, I never have been, and I'm pretty sure I'm not a clone. I had a cat named Marvin though.... I'm suspecting my issues are from fiddling with my mods mid game since these issues just popped up. I'm going to try running my last quicksave through Resaver and see if that helps. Oddly the issues seem to be connected with that dratted BOS quest at Cambridge. I ignored Paladin Dance and I read that can cause issues also. The last line I have is this: (6E001E0E)].companionactorscript.OnTimer() - "C:\Users\Dr. Peter Haas\AppData\Local\Temp\PapyrusTemp\companionactorscript.psc" Line 426
  14. I'll add my nickel to your new design, I hate it. I also had no issues with the old layout. It was sensible enough, and it worked. This one sucks balls.
  15. Whatever you're doing, I hate it. I like the old version better, this one sucks balls. I'm not giving you any money.
  16. I still crashed once when I got to Riverwood, but disabling Immersive Armors and Immersive Weapons fixed the camera craziness. At the time I was not running the IA CBBE patch. Seems ok now. Once I'm in an empty cell I'll load Immersiver armor and weapons back, run another bashed patch and see what happens.
  17. Hmmm...reading that patch list might solve a few minor things, and maybe my disappearing logs, but I see nothing about the disappearing walls. I've seen that happen to other people (Gopher) on lets play vids on youtube, so it can't be that uncommon. It's probably something minor and fairly stupid that I'm missing, but if so. I can't think of it. I'll install the patches and see what happens. Lighting...Right now I'm using realvision A with RLO, and CoT, but the same thing has happened with Project ENB, CoL and ELFX (that was a lot worse actually,) I also notice that I keep getting an AO and antialiasing error message from enb even though that's all turned off both in nvidia geforce experience (general and application) as well as turned off in Skyrim options. ENB does recognise my card correctly though (nvidia gfx 780 ti).
  18. I was. I went with realvision and the newest ENB version with better success, but I still notice the same glitches, although to a far lesser extent. Some interiors work ok (like Jorvaskaar) some loose wall fragments (most caves and dungeons). Belethors shop is also another one that glitches. Dragonsreach seems ok. I wonder if it's some mod textures that cause ENB to act funny? The glitches immediately disappear as soon as I turn ENB off.
  19. Tried that. What I find is that switching one value (w=2560) also changes screen height to match a 16:9 ratio, even though I left the h= value at 1080.
  20. I'm using a new 29" monitor with a screen resolution of 2560x1080 [21:9], is there a way to change this in skyrim, or is 1920x1080 the best I can get? Yeah, yeah, I know...poor me... I can switch my monitor to use a 16:9 aspect ratio, but WFHD would look awesome. I believe I'd have to set my fov a lot higher as well. (like fov 120 or some such)
  21. I posted this on the COT file board, but I'll stick this up here. For the record, I've been running Climates of Tamriel without enb for quite some time now, so I'm confident this isn't a COT issue, rather, It's an ENB one. Basically what's happening is this: All interior cells vanish. Some things are still activate-able, like doors, and people (some appear bald and naked, some only their teeth are showing). Exterior cells look fine (impressive sunrays and water) but shadows have some wierd effects; people often turn black and shadowed areas look a bit like negative images. I'm thinking the exterior issues are easily fixed by tweaking my enb settings (I'm new to enb and have no clue what to change yet) Here's a link to a screenshot (forum won't let me post it directly): http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/Images/408495/? Edit: AMD X6 processor, 16 gb's ram, and Asus Geforce GTX 780ti video card, updated.
  22. I got the this error message, "cannot reach the Nexus metadata server" after nmm stops responding for several minutes I get this message: "timeout, cannot reach the nexus login server". I have been able to download manually after fussing with the nexus site pages. Other websites work fine. I've also been having issues loading pages from nexusmods/newvegas, including being kicked from the page I was trying to load to the main nexusmods page.
  23. I've noticed that I can't do screenshots after installing 3GB enabler with FOSE on steam. I've checked my ini files, and allow screen shots is still stitched on. I also can't access mod functions from the menu. Everything else in game not steam related seems to work fine. I do have the 4GB enabler working with Skyrim, and F3Nv, but I can't think of what I missed...I'm assuming I dropped a few braincells during the install process. :ermm:
