I was playing around with lightning bolt and props in whiterun, I shot a jar and it flew into the mountains... A few seconds later when I looked away, and came back... It popped up RIGHT on that spot where I just shot it... On the ground. I think it saves it's location at the area where you 'interact' with it and 'released' your grab. What I do is dual lightning bolt charge, then press e to release the item while releasing the mouse buttons to shoot the lightning at the same time to launch it... Too bad launching items don't hurt people... http://www.xfire.com/video/1153e1/

Oblivion, a lot of similar spells with different effects. Skyrim, a lot of different spells with similar effects. I hit psb on the console to see all the spells on the list, and there's like 200 of them, but 150 of them might be effects for npcs to use...

Yeah that happened in one of my quests to kill the bandit leader, I used raise zombies on the bandit corpses and ended up creating one, then I raised a dead Sabercat then realize that this zombie bandit is still standing around, and I slash him, only to realize that he's already 'vanished' but the body is standing there... I forgot what I did to kill it, but i think it had something to do with casting some spells to make it react and revert back to normal...

Your bow draw speed is slow. -
I don't know why people keep bragging about Skyforge Steel weapons when there are way better weapons in terms of damage and raw upgrades... You can upgrade them up to Legendary. Fine / Flawless / Exquisite / Epic / Legendary I think its like that, but for some strange reason, I upgraded Ebony stuff from Exquisite to Flawless so I don't even know if that's the real upgrade tiers...

Once the creative kit comes out, someone will make a "Zetta BEEAAAAAAAAM!" Shout. And yes there will be real laser beams. Else it will be a 'shoop DA WHOOP"

LE Dual Wielding: Off-Hand Weapon Appears Sheathed
dra6o0n replied to Sivos909's topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
You ever wonder how that heavy sword manages to hang on the waist? -
Currently the game runs some sort of check on the 'potential' damage you do, and if that damage is greater than the opponent's max hp + buffer, then it will choose a scene to use. So all you gotta do is modify finishing moves to always work against downed opponents (kneeling down) when you are facing their front or back.
-
Maybe make shouts not have cool down, but uses stamina instead? Like the minimum stamina cost for a shout should be 15, and the maximum to shout is 100. Then fix the 'word' power level for each word so it's stamina consumed at that stage rather time to wait or cooldown.

LE Killing blows for every sneak dagger kill?
dra6o0n replied to Yvese's topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
Apparently, a 'scene' only occurs if your damage is considered a 'overkill', so if you use a power attack while sneaking and it deals more damage to them than their max hp by a lot, then the scene will likely appear. For swords, if its a critical strike then all the more chances. You will definitely get backstab scenes if you get the 15x sneak attack perk and a dagger that does 30+ damage, because that's enough to overkill almost any enemies up to level 40. Just be careful because I was 'attempting' to sneak attack this enemy with a sword at his back, but it failed and did 'normal' attack damage and I went WTF several times... The enemy doesn't notice me and the thing says hidden. -
Lol if your companions can start healing you when your hp is low, or healing themselves when hp is low, so they don't BOW down and let all the enemies RAPE you.

Because He is a Nord but they made his weight build smaller?

The strangest thing is that I 'NEVER' got any contracted killers to attack me in my entire game though... I did steal some things and broke into some places but not into personal actions.

Bound Sword works wonders, and it looks cool too! No weight at all and works great if you build a mage/blacksmith character with heavy armor or light armor usage... Just get 500+ armor rating and you can handle most attacks at that point... Conjuration is a little weird because it feels more vital and important than destruction magic... As for restoration... Who the heck even uses Turn Undead?
-
Same thing if you use raise zombie spell on it.

Two words: Elemental Fury. Makes your maces swing like daggers. Note that dual wielding maces count's as 'dual wielding' so the speed increases by 35%, which means... Maces are as fast as Axes, and Axes are as fast as Swords, and Swords are as fast as Daggers. And 50% increased damage perk for dual wield power attacks makes it even higher. Armor bypass is ALWAYS a good thing, because at some point those Steel plated freaks are going to be toughie. Yes you sacrifice defense, but work on smithing and make 500+ def armor sets for heavy armor and you are set.

You must press M1 and M2 at the EXACT time so that a new animation can occur.

Hmm steam doesn't have malwares, but occasionally people will get 'readings' from Anti Virus reacting to them, even while I have the same scanner and it's not reacting to them. Also note, when someone downloads it on their own, it reacts to the virus scanner, but when someone else downloads it and sends it to him, it doesn't trigger it. What does this mean? Malware was injected into the packet/file in the middle of downloading by a third party. Because when connecting to steam, you connect from your ISP to the internet, to Valve's server, and that 'internet' segment is quite huge and smartasses who knows how to sniff packets can find 'traffics' at valve sites and try to exploit such traffics by sending infected or fake packets between the traffic... Think of drug dealers using cars to deliver their goods across borders, that sort of thing, but more concealed... But that's where the comparison ends because cyber security fails these days...

Blades sword is on par with Skyforge Steel swords, is upgradable to Legendary for like 50+ raw damage, and you can always equip the fortify one-handed enchants on your armor sets to boost it further over 100... But then again that still doesn't make it powerful because melee weapons are rather meh at lv30+, where enemies must take 5 hits to kill... So I made a new character, gave her conjuring capability, but more of a dual blade conjured weapon... Its very strong for it's level cuz it can be upgraded to deal extra damage in the conjuration section, so it adds perks from conjuration and one-handed skills. I think the conjured sword is like ebony sword or daedric sword... If you get the restoration perk that makes 'all spells more effective against undeads' does that make bound sword even stronger?

Maybe some 'npcs' are designed with a taste of vengeance when you cross them? So rob many npcs blind, get hit by encounters and make a list of NPCs that will likely take revenge? Lol rob the jarl while he was sleeping, and hope that the jarl sends the dark brotherhood at you cuz that's just funny...

Oh a GOOD idea to work with RTS! Instead of 'attracting' beggars into your cause, since combat system has a low hp animation for 'enemies'... Make it possible to 'dominate' and 'recruit' them! Like when you recruit NPCs you essentially break their AI into your mod, so essentially you 'clone' the npc into a new character that 'borrows' stats and levels and items into that new character. You get to name them too maybe? I mean you can recruit almost any 'killable' NPCs that aren't quest related, and are encountered in the wilderness, by whittling their HP down to 10% and 'talking' to them when they are down. This mean you gotta adjust the global AI for them so when they 'yield' to you while low on hp, they won't move for a while and won't flee until their hp exceeds 10%. They can re-aggro you like usual if you don't finish them off or recruit them, and maybe tweak your companions so they don't finish them off until they 'just about' recover from that status. Speech will take part in 'persuading' them or 'intimidating' them to join your cause. Else you can use gold to bribe them. Difficulty in recruiting them increases as their level increases, and the benefit of recruiting higher leveled npcs is that they have way better stats and last longer in battle and probably more effective in some roles (like hunting and gathering). Also you can recruit without combat, maybe for hirelings or companions you can 'transfer' into your cause as 'generals' or a position to 'manage' your recruits. These characters can be vital for training and management. Also, you can take part in the civil war with your own band of soldiers, so you can arm them all up to be imperials or stormcloaks and take advantage of the civil war quest line to 'send troops' to participate in battle. When your minions heads into battle, they will be like companions and follow you or a certain 'order' or task. When they get low on hp, they will act like your companions and won't be targetted by any other NPCs or enemies and go down, unless AoE or splash damage happen to hit and kill them off. Of course, that's ONLY if their hp drops below 10% and they are still alive... If they are at 11% and gets hit with a deadly blow they will die immediately. As for settlement topography: You can create settlements like bandit camps, or forts, using materials to create wooden or stone walls, and then lay out the fundamentals inside. Fallout managed to make full use of it's prop to make the topography more wild. But if you want flat platforms to use, maybe it's a good idea to create 'cliff blocks' that are like large flat pieces of rock that you can build on mountains so you can place forts on them... They would have to be shaped in a smart manner so players can make full use of them to design their fort. It would be awesome if we get interiors too... Like we can have a # of pre-made interior types and all we do is place 'doors' or structures on the real world. Imagine the mod comes with 20 types of interior, 10 stone fort interior 'houses' and 'forts' and 10 cavern interior types. While players can't customize the interior, at least they can decide where to place the entrances to them.
