  1. kungfubellydancer, Excellent work, really good photography. It'll take time, to put the feelings into words. So much expression in these images. Good to see you again. Storm Raven 8)
  2. Squiggoth_the_mighty, Welcome to The Nexus, where I truly hope you will find what you're looking for. This castle you are working on, has it been created in blender or 3DS Max? It would appear that you understand the use of textures and meshes. So please try to give a little more detail on what kind of help you need. There are so many resources here and across the web, that it would be best to know precisely what to look for. There are many documents and topics here on The Nexus, and elsewhere relating to what is known as "mod etiquette." That is the formal name for what we call best modding practices, I will look around and see if I can find some documentation for you. Storm Raven 8)
  3. Happy Birthday, Pushkatu Better late than never. I always say. Storm Raven 8)
  4. To all of those who view these images, I would like to credit all of the Artwork to Metallicow, who has been an engine in the creation of this work. There are in The Grove of Legends, a few however reserved places for other legends, in the world of The Elder Scrolls. I am awaiting their decision to participate in this project, but the time is short, because soon very soon, The Unveiling will begin. Tombstone Epitaph's - The Unveiling, will be publicly announced in a matter of days. At that time, all explanations, wherever necessary will be given. Sincerely, Storm Raven
  5. Master Ben, My longtime friend and partner, and Master Librarian, of The Storm Raven Library, (It's going to take a little time to straighten this topic out. Please accept my apologies.) I hope most sincerely, it will meet with your approval. Storm Raven 8) Master Ben, We do however have the epitaph plate, that will be placed upon the tombstone upon its arrival here. A closer view of the epitaph, for your observation. (It's going to take a little time to straighten this topic out. Please accept my apologies.) May it meet with your approval. Storm Raven 8)
  6. Master Modder AlienSlof, The following tribute was made on your behalf. It will be placed, in The Grove of legends: (It's going to take a little time to straighten this topic out. Please accept my apologies.) I do hope it meets with your approval. Storm Raven. 8) A closer view of the epitaph for your observation. (It's going to take a little time to straighten this topic out. Please accept my apologies.) I do hope, it also meets with your approval. I hear so many good things about you that one day, I look forward to communicating directly. Most Sincerely, Storm Raven. 8)
  7. Master Buddah, My close friend and confidant as you requested, a view of your resting place in The Grove of legends, in the world of The Elder Scrolls. (It's going to take a little time to straighten this topic out. Please accept my apologies.) I hope most sincerely, it will meet with your approval. Storm Raven 8) Master Buddha, A closer view of the epitaph, for your observation. (It's going to take a little time to straighten this topic out. Please accept my apologies.) May it meet with your approval. Storm Raven 8)
  8. Well, I am indeed honored, to be visited by The Red Witch Queen, and The Night Mother of Cyrodiil! Your bright countenance as Queen, and dark beauty, as night mother, are legendary throughout the realms. Absolutely, you may count upon my immediate attention to your summons as one does not ignore such requests. Those who know, know to avoid the blades of that swift, chariot, and her fearful countenance, when covered with woad. ((Evil incarnation, perhaps but I have it on good authority that in her heart she is pure gold.)) (How did they do it, these site owners like Ginnyfizz, and Dark0ne, appearing out of thin air, whenever something is mentioned, bearing on their realms?) Storm Raven :ninja:
  9. Master Hammonds, A close-up of the Epitaph, for your observation. (It's going to take a little time to straighten this topic out. Please accept my apologies.) I hope that is easier to read. Storm Raven 8)
  10. Master Hammonds, There was a disaster in the workshop at Last Light Studios... and your original quote was lost. The story is actually quite humiliating, so I will not go into any great detail at this point. Perhaps I will tell it in full, at some point in the future, when I don't look quite so singed. I've done the best I could to re-create the feeling of your famous quote... And I hope you like it. Storm Raven :wallbash: Here is your final resting place in The Grove of legends: (It's going to take a little time to straighten this topic out. Please accept my apologies.)
  11. Oh, well if that's how you feel about it, I'm sure you won't mind the monument with the statue... LOL. It is our pleasure to serve, so I will be happy to find an appropriate place for your tomb. Storm Raven 8)
  12. Nope, just bored and had a funny bone to itch. So you decided to poke me in the ribs, well, better a friend, than an enemy... LOL. SR I'll take this one since I'd go down fighting in the TES Universe (in real life, I'd probably get myself killed by doing something stupid and with my last words being something along the lines of "what's this do?") "What's this do?" Now that sounds intimately familiar, in fact, it sounds exactly like something I would do. *the old man smiles* SR . LHammonds Master Hammonds, Well Knock Me Down, That Is Profound... A very deep and thoughtful question. I'm going to assume it is yours,(the quote) and will begin to work on it immediately. Now, you will have to consider where we shall place it, I should think somewhere in the Imperial city. Storm Raven 8)
  13. What's wrong, Master Hammonds, having a bad day? Thought you'd come over here and pick on, old Storm Raven? Kick him while he's down? Just to see if there was any life left in his old bones? Speaking of graves, here is a serious question for you. What would you like on your Tombstone? Epitaphs are very important. What would you have said about you, the final statement? Now, I don't want to rush you, but I would hate for you to miss, The Unveiling... *the old man laughs*. Storm Raven 8)
  14. Myrmaad, Absolutely, the use of Boolean search terms can save a lot of time, and help you avoid those things you do not like. A wise man sees what he wants to see... LOL. Storm Raven 8)
  15. big poppa fluff, Thank you for your warm introduction. I am not sure how well, I am known in the Nexus world, as I see a difference, between how many people know of you, and who you know, in the world of the Nexus. LOL. Like every place, there are people who are worth knowing, because they share similar values and perspectives with you, and there are people best left alone. There are those I communicate with almost daily, I have learned that they value trust, honesty, and loyalty. And then there are the rest. I hope everyone I meet, will fall into the first category, but such is not always the case. I value quality, over quantity, which is probably why my post count is not as high as others. This is not to say that those with high post counts, do not also value quality over quantity. Some of them have been here for many years, and their post count reflects countless valuable comments to the topics, they have posted in. A simple thank you, for something well done, may not be a very long post, but the receiver, of that. Thank you, will remember that gift of appreciation for a very long time. Thank you for taking the time to say hello to an old man, and please take as my sign of appreciation, the giving of you your first kudos. It is a sign of respect and thanks, or at least it should be. Thank you for listening. *the old man smiles*. Storm Raven 8)
  16. fredyzg, Perfect and Croatian at the same time! As I don't know you, I feel I should ask is this a common or uncommon combination in your country? I will assume uncommon, as you do seem to be pleased with the fact. Now I'm just pulling your leg, as I am neither perfect, or Croatian, but I do like to have fun, and as you took it upon yourself to say hello, it is only fair that I should return your greeting. LOL. *the old man laughs at himself, his imperfections, unfortunately being quite well-known...*. Storm Raven 8)
  17. species5478, Thank you for dropping by and saying hello! Sorry it took so long for me to reply, I've been rebuilding my rig. Wipe the old drive, wipe the new drive, install the operating system, go through 200 Windows updates, install new drivers, install old applications, rewire everything, I'm sure everyone's been there and done that. You know it's time for a break, when you start thinking in model numbers, serial numbers, date codes, and driver versions, instead of the fact that October is my favorite month. So that's what I've been up to. It's always nice to hear, that someone likes to read my stories (there are those who complain about the length... but I won't mention any names. LOL). One day I'll get back to them, as I find that writing them clears my mind. Could be a way to get all of these damn numbers out of my head. LOL. Artwork does the same thing for me, it requires focus and concentration, patience and love. If I ever untangle myself from this mess of wires, and endless software updates, I might actually get some artwork done. Most people look at my avatar, and go what the hell is that? I've even had people comment on my profile page, that they just came to get a closer look. I honestly don't think most people know what it is, which is why I probably don't get many compliments. And I to, hope to see you around, Storm Raven 8)
  18. Metallicow, is now hard at work on the updated version of this mod. We now have reason to believe it will be resurrected. LOL Do not ask me for a release date, because there is much to be done, but we are working on it. Storm Raven
  19. Freols, It's half past September, I've heard nothing from you, is this mod still going? Storm Raven
  20. jaosals42, Well, now that you mention it, I'm not sure we have... but that is easily enough remedied. Must say I love your avatar, the gecko never seems to bore me with his antics. And of course, I do have a sweet failing for Australian voices. LOL. My wife wants me to get her a gecko figurine for Christmas, she just loves him. So you definitely started out on the right foot. Around here. Perhaps you could start by telling me more about your forum, and who is your accomplice in this mission? Storm Raven
  21. rob_b, Well met indeed, my friend, I must say I like your new signature... it says so much, and so much truth. I hope we run into one another a lot more often... I look forward to seeing you. Storm Raven 8)
  22. Herculine, And hello to you as well... I do not believe we have met, but new friends are always welcome. *the old man smiles*. Storm Raven. 8)
  23. Much time has passed, I must assume that no one but myself received a personal letter from durham1984. We have continued to work on this mod slowly at The Storm Raven Library, and it looks as though Metallicow will be picking up the reins, as he has now by hard work, attained the rank of Master Scholar. Bben46, has checked it for conflicts with other mods, and The Wanderer, has been through the mod with a fine tooth comb, to make sure there are no other unintentional issues. We're in the process of completing a back story, and Metallicow will be taking over from there. We have not heard from durham1984 in a very long time. So we must assume he meant what he said, but still hope, we will see him again. We apologize, it is taken us so long, however, as many of the rest of you, we have much on our own plates. We wanted someone qualified to take over the reins, of this popular mod, and we do believe Metallicow will do a good job. Thank you for your patience, Storm Raven 8)
  24. Ha! Found ya... LOL Nice work...very nice. *the old man smiles* Storm Raven 8)
  25. durham1984, was a Master Scholar at The Storm Raven Library. This rank was not given to him, he earned it, by hard work and participation. The Master Scholars there, work together to help each other on their mods. He has said quite a bit, about the mod in the Master Scholar forums. We were aware of his plans for the future, but did not expect his departure. The PM me sent me there, was personal in nature, so I cannot discuss it. What I don't know, is if he talked to anyone else about his situation. Or if he had anyone in mind, to pick up his mod and carry on where he left off. Certainly, the following epitaph should be placed upon a prominent stone somewhere. durham1984 You were bright, energetic, and productive. You left us far too soon... and you will be missed. Respectfully, Storm Raven :(
