Red exclamation marks it's a signal of missing meshes, make sure you installed properly, copy the meshes folders that came with the downloaded file and paste into your fallout 3 data folder, when asked if you wanted to overwrite the files choose yes. also make sure you put the excalibr.bsa into your data folder too.
