  1. Thank you, Gruftlord. Also, now it seems that I can't load saves in exterior cells, specifically Whiterun again. I'm not sure if that's the case everywhere, and I really don't have many mods altering Whiterun either, so I have no clue.
  2. I figured out the real cause I believe. The [MapMenu] tweaks. For some reason only some of the ones I used were safe. For whatever reason, the others just shut down my game. Now that that's out of the way, is there a fix for some textures in certain locations shifting in-game? Like I'll be walking towards something and the texture will move when I get to be a certain distance from it.
  3. I seriously can't figure this out. It can't possibly be a lack of VRAM, because if it was wouldn't the game just crash when loading the area or when I walked around in it? The game is perfectly stable when it does run, so I doubt it.
  4. I generated new .inis, and it loaded at first. Then I applied all my "safe" tweaks, and it wouldn't load anymore. Should I start a new game?
  5. 500 is default. Most decent guides recommend 2000. I'll try the threads at 5 though. EDIT: So I tried setting my threads to 5, and it worked at first, but then when I saved and quit, and tried to reload again, I got an infinite load screen again.
  6. Well, my OS is Windows 7 Professional x64. My specs: 8GB DDR3 RAM @ 1866 MHz Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 1GB AMD FX-6300 Six-Core Processor @ 3.5GHz 500GB HDD I've actually figured out the problem anyways. fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=3000.0 should be no bigger than 2000, at least for me.
  7. Will unticking Official High Res 1 & 2 make a difference to the game if using Skyrim HD 2K lite? Also will this increase performance if I am somewhat close to max out VRAM? If I uncheck as well with this mess up my current save? Sorry not trying to steal the thread here. nop, the .bsa archives are already added to skyrim.ini, so they are being useless in your load order. they just confuse stuff. Not without more info. Do you have SFO installed? Can you try and install the optional 2K LODs? Can you list all your installed texture packs, and also list your Skyrim.ini Yes I do have SFO installed, but not the main mod. Only the diversity esp. I've already installed the 2k LODs a long time ago. List of all texture packs? Well, I'll try: 1. SHD Retexture 2. Solstheim landscape and furniture retexture 3. All of the current Sexy series 4. SFO (Without the main mod) 5. High Quality LODs (hi res meshes and hi res SHD textures) 6. Most of amidianborn Book of Silence 7. WATER That's all I can remember off of the top of my head. I get the medium/low res versions of all retex mods when I can especially if it's a common texture. I've had all of these aforementioned mods in use for a while, and I doubt it's a VRAM problem, because I've disabled several mods that add new spawns/places and I still get infinite load screens when I load a game saved in an exterior cell. 8. So I reduced a few of my common landscape textures. Still get infinite load screens. Anything else I could try?
  9. Try configuring the game in your nvidia control panel?
  10. I usually stick to 1k textures for landscape and 2k only for armor, weapons, and NPCs. I have 1GB of GDDR5 VRAM. The high res DLC should only fill in the small gaps of things I don't already have new textures for in my loose files. Is 1GB seriously not enough for this?
  11. Does SOS come with a plugin? Maybe none of those skeletons support all your animation mods.
  12. Do you use BOSS? If not, I'd recommend it. Also consider using Wrye Bash.
  13. Maybe because your skeleton doesn't support both Deadly Mutilation, SOS, and whatever other animation related mods you're using? Just wondering, you can correct me if I'm wrong.
  14. Could someone please help me? I haven't been able to get any further on this. Here's my BOSS log as well.
  15. Also, am I using to many mods that use scripts? I guess I could lose a few.
  16. Like the title says, I have two problems. Firstly, when I try to start in an exterior cell via Alternate Start, I get an infinite loading screen after activating the bed. Secondly, even if I do start in an interior, if I save and quit in an exterior, I will not be able to load that save ever again. Here is my large load order. I honestly don't see a conflict that would do something like this. Do I have a lot of mods? Yeah, but I'm very sure they should all work together.
  17. I think Skywind may be causing this problem...hold on. EDIT: Yeah, it was Skywind...I guess I'll have to break the news to the Skywind community and/or wait until a later version is released. A pity, because I love Morrowind's landscape.
  18. So something is not in synch with the rest of my files...what could it be? I've checked plugins.txt, loadorder.txt, dlclist.txt, etc., but nothing seems wrong. It all started soon after I downloaded and installed minty's lightning mod, but I tried turning it off and it still didn't work. This leads me to believe I did something else in that timeframe that screwed everything up, but I just don't know what it could be.
  19. First off, that's the papyrus log. Skyrim doesn't really have a crash log. Secondly, we'll need more than this. We need your load order, BOSS log, and whatever else that could be relevant. Right now I suspect that your crashes are due to a mod incompatibility or you're overloading your system with either mods or .ini tweaks. So double check those.
  20. Already tried a fresh set of .inis and already tried validating my game files twice. Also tried reinstalling FNIS. Nothing has worked. Originally, I thought that it was because the game read my plugins out of order. I checked my plugins.txt and loadorder.txt and they're both fine. It should be noted that when I run BOSS it doesn't seem to sort anything anymore for whatever reason. I checked in Wrye Bash, and Data Files in the launcher, and my actual load order seems to be the same even after running BOSS. I think this may be key to the problem.
  21. So no one has any light to shed on this?
  22. Yeah, having two mods altering the same thing generally isn't good, unless they are specifically compatible via a patch or just naturally.
  23. I guess we have different problems then. For me it never loads. Infinite load screen ALWAYS.
