  2. ...Maybe, but I think that the more likely reason as to why it's crashing is probably because he has two HUD and follower system mods.
  3. Yeah, I'm definitely sure it has something to do with FNIS not recognizing my updated game, but I just can't figure out for the life of me why.

  5. So for whatever reason, suddenly when I load my save I just get an infinite load screen. When I try to start a new game, it doesn't even get to the load screen. The title screen stays there instead, with the title music playing. I know it's not a mod conflict, because when I run FNIS I get an error saying that my game isn't up to date. I don't understand how that can be, as I own the game legally and have verified the integrity of the game cache twice. I honestly don't understand how something like this could've happened, as I had no problems with FNIS before and all I did was install a few mods that had NOTHING to do with animation.   6. I'm sure this has been brought up before, but what about a CK Extender? We got the CS Extender in Oblivion, so why not one for Skyrim? We all know that the CK is buggy as heck right now anyways, and I'm sure people could think of new features that could be added. I've yet to see ANYTHING that mods the CK itself, and I think it has some merit.
  7. Still, if there is a way to get rid of these stripes, that would be awesome. I think I might have them too. Or maybe not, because I have a hunch that sky-stripes and shadow-stripes are related and fixable by setting the shadow bias scale to at least 1.
  8. Hi, I was hoping to recruit as many VAs as I can for a project called Skywind. I'm sure some of you already know what it is, but for those who don't know, it's basically Morrowind remade with all the landscape, NPCs, quests, and items. You have to "audition" to contribute, but we'd really love it if anyone could spare the time to VA even just one character.   9. Hmm, you may be right. I'll try starting with a fresh set of .ini files and see if that does anything. I was so sure it was a plugin problem...
  10. The thing is, these crashes are happening from a spanking new game. Like, I start a new game, go to said area, and it crashes. I doubt it has anything to do with my computer's resources, because I ran a performance monitor alongside Skyrim and the only thing I'm really pushing is VRAM. I will try setting ugridstoload back down to 5 and see if that helps though. EDIT: It almost helped. Going back down to 5 from 7 only delayed the crash. I'm very certain the problem has something to do with that error that keeps spamming my papyrus log. Does anyone know what the error means?
  11. So, after trying even MORE stuff, I decided to enable the papyrus log. Any suggestions?
  12. Ok, so I've tried multiple methods of narrowing down the conflict, but I just can't seem to figure it out. I've tried disabling mods that edit the world spaces I mentioned, and even mods completely unrelated to those world spaces all to no avail. I know it has to be a plugin conflict, because when I only load Alternate Start, my custom race, and the unofficial patches, everything works. I've also attached my BOSS log if anyone needs it to help me.

So I'm getting ctds at three spots that I know of so far: -Farm area near Whiterun -On the road South of Riverwood -Right outside Windhelms gates I'm trying my best to find out why I'm getting ctds like this, but any help would be much appreciated. I'll attach a .txt file with my load order ala Wrye Bash.
  14. I'm sure this has been brought up before, but is this even possible? I mean, if you gave rain collision then it would be incredibly CPU-intensive to be sure, but wouldn't it also do everything Real Shelter does as well as covering areas introduced by mods? I'm just wondering. This isn't a request, this is just a fun discussion.

  16. Well, see, the thing is, unless you for whatever reason don't hold your breath, I'm pretty sure it's more immersive NOT to have bubbles/foam rise in front of you when you submerge. Just sayin'.
  17. Thirded. The layout and functions have been changed from SkyUI, but what about the actual style? NO ONE has bothered to change that yet. I'd LOVE to see a UI style replacement so long as it's SkyUI compatible, and preferably w/o an esp.

  19. Someone should make an audio mod that makes door opening sound more realistic. The author could even include new sounds for closing doors. The extra ghosts would just be there for ambience. Maybe the author could do something similar to Interesting NPCs or something.
  22. I really don't know how to rig up TexBlend to work for males, and the author didn't upload a male configuration, so unless someone in the comments can help me, I'm really out of luck.
  23. We need more ghosts in Skyrim. At least a few more. Even if you can't actually converse with them, if there were more ghosts just chilling out, that would be nice. But what I'd mainly like to see is a ghost visual overhaul. Make ghosts look more like ghosts, and not like Casper, yeah? It'd be great if someone could take this on. Also, I realize that there is a ghost visual overhaul already, but I'd prefer a 100% loose file mod.
  24. ^ You kidding? Shivering Isles still has yet to be replaced. Gotta have Sheogorath to replace SI. We'll just have to wait for Skyblivion or TESVI. Anyways, if you guys want to see Shivering Isles modernized, check out that link I posted. Get your friends in on it too. The team needs all the volunteers it can get.
