Enhanced High-Level Gameplay vs High Level Enemies
GrimyBunyip replied to urboyfriend's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
high level enemies is better IMO, its just got more polish. but be careful of enemy scaling in high level enemies. making all enemies be the same level as the player breaks skills like illusion. -
(Scripted) Targeted Spell [Effect] Casting

a hack would be to spawn a target very high up above each world. then shoot a magelight at that. -
Brainstorming and Help: Perk Overhaul
GrimyBunyip replied to soulgryph's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
are those 3 marksmanship perks the only ones you're adding to archery? Personally I'm not a fan of too much RNG in game mechanics. As such I personally really dislike Arcane Rage and pinpoint accuracy. Does penetrating arrows actually penetrate one enemy so you can hit another? if so that's pretty cool, I'm not sure how you'd do it. Why did you make life drain ignore resistances? It seems somewhat arbitrary, not many monsters have resistances in the first place.- 2 replies

you could always use SkyTweak and change the detection settings yourself.

Dude, it is literally the second option on the perk entry point list... Did you even try to find it? Because it wasn't hiding. http://i.imgur.com/9cQ3SCl.png

I don't believe there exists a function to do what you're asking for at the moment. You could always make a piece of armor you can't equip that looks like a book, and have the player disenchant it. You wouldn't be able to read it though.

doesn't manny status do this? http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/32657

I'm sure there has to be a tutorial on how to make perks. I'm not going to hold you hand through the very basics of creation kit.

you should use the add leveled list on kill perk.

they probably have a separate game setting for dodging then. I'd have to find it and make a separate mod with dawnguard compatibility.

Finding and modifying someones mod in the CK

use tes5edit if you can't find the record name -
There are two mods that are kind of like what you are describing, but nothing quite exactly what you're asking for. GELO Lootification

you can disable NPC arrow dodging completely with SkyTweak: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/33395/ it's one of the options in the AI menu.
