Edit; So yeah this is so much garbage. I happen to have an old tab open. Where are the search parameters? How do I search in one mod area and not another. The lack of space for descriptions of the mod is SO MUCH Worse than I thought! The idea of tiles when someone needs detailed information is beyond stupid. Are you trying to make this Mobile friendly? Why in the world would anyone use a phone to look all mods? Are you trying to appease Googles search perimeters? WHY?! You're like Steam or Amazon. So overall the new site is so much worse than the old. Instead of a logical linear order with generous room for describing what the mod does we have a bingo card with room for 2 sentences and an image size that covers the same area. 50% of the time I don't need an image (new guns, armor, etc I do, but again that's only half the mods.). I need to know how the mod affects the game behind the scene. A single long sentence or two short ones is disastrous. Plus sometimes I'm not on the site for a week or more, so when I come back to it I like to start at page 1 and work my way back until I recognize a mod I've seen before. This was right at the front and always the first thing I would click on when starting Nexus. Now I can't find the most useful link anywhere. Looking up a mod author is a mess and the mod authors page is laid out poorly. I don't care about media or videos and there's no way to turn them off or hide them, but tracked mods are off screen. WTF! Whom ever you hired for this hatchet job doesn't seem to be a modder or know what we want. TRY AGAIN! Mean while give us access back to the old lay out. Why when I type "race" into the search bar at the top do I get results from not just Fallout 4, which is the sub-site I'm on, do I get results FROM GAMES I DON'T EVEN OWN! What The F### did you do to the search?!!!

What makes a good mod page? User opinions wanted.

I'm not sure if this applies directly here but hopefully this helps someone ... Always have your Mod's Title be the same as it's Download File and the same as the ESP or ESM. I can not tell you how frustrating it is to have a file download and it be called "Main". Or when I need to figure out what esp is causing a CTD when it is an abreviation of the mods title. When I load Skyrim now I have no idea what mod 3TR.esp does, who the author is or how to find out except guess work in the CK or Xedit. There should always be a flow back to the mod page. -
I can't answer the question but what program did you use to merge mods? I used using Xedit and FO4edit didn't have that capability yet. or has that changed?

Or at least a quest maker, so as they travel the map you can hunt them down. I have had the same problem. I still have one provisioner going between 2 settlements that I can't track down. You would still have to wait for them to enter a settlement to reassign them but better than blindly looking.

Had same idea first day of playing. Probably need the GECK to do. It would make things so much faster when sorting and selling.

Using the Havok button in CK does work. To get a corpse to lay down I took a body and lifted it up and dropped it to the ground a couple times until I got it into about the right position. To get the arms and legs into the exact position I wanted I placed an un-moving chair close to the body part I wanted to move, selected the body, and turned on the havok. Took 5 minutes to get it exactly right. If I wanted to have a dead sitting thing I would place an object like a box as tall as the characters knees behind the character. I would place another box like a back stop to a chair behind and above the first box. I would place two man sized boxes on either side and one in front of the character so it could only fall backwards, and hopefully in a sitting position.

Valve/Bethesda announce paid modding for Skyrim, more games to follow
Cameron71 replied to Dark0ne's topic in Site Updates
In response to post #24564944. This. I've downloaded a ton of mods that I wouldn't pay a dime for. I've also downloaded a bunch I would happily donate money for (after using it for a week or so.) I will never pay an amateur up front, but happily donate if it works, and I use it, afterward. -

In response to post #24566064. #24566309 is also a reply to the same post. Skyrim I imagine is safe. Fallout 4? Bethesda could wall that off from everyone but Valve users and Mod Micro-Transaction it to death. It would be stupid and incredibly short sighted but it's their game. I will not pay Valve a penny more than I have to. The steam is from the dog s#*! of a company they run. -
In response to post #23602849. I am pleasantly surprised at your point. Everything else I had read up until now I could see a work around for. Valve and Zenimax could probably get around or ignore most problems but mod conflict wouldn't be possible in complex mods without someone being forced to create a patch. Tip o' the hat.

Can't find TSpaceFlag in NifSkope
Cameron71 replied to LittleNyx's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Discussion
(From http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/Images/40602/?) ("Voodoo McGee 6 kudos115 posts) (If you are using latest version of nifskope that property is no longer exposed in the UI so I guess skip that part of the tutorial. Based on your image you are lookinfg in the right spot, NiTriShapeData. I did verify that version 1.0.22 does expose and allow edit of this property but the latest 1.1.13 does not, you would have to ask the devs on the why part.") edit; It may be necessary to down load an older version of nifscope to address the tspace flag change and then re upload the new version. I'm going to try to find it in blender first. edit; I downloaded nifscope 1.0.22 and sure enough tspace is exactly where it's supposed to be. The tspace was also set at 16 straight out of blender. -

I found an example of where it should be but not anything else. My Nifscope also doesn't have it. http://i722.photobucket.com/albums/ww221/BarneyMacau/Nif20091027-08.jpg -
Brilliant!
