Oh god that is weird. it's very possibly NOT a mod issue. I wish I knew exactly what you had to do, but it's probably something like the game recognizes you as an immortal NPC... with no health regen. Try googling it for a solution

I remember there were more than so few follower mods! I can only find extensible follower framework, which I find EXTREMELY distracting and immersion killing, UFO for me is just not my first option.... Wait, where the hell did better dialogue overhaul go?

I remember there was an amazing mod that was abandoned and let their stuff go open-source. (It was mostly with the questline) If you're seriously interested and can't find it just ask me and I'll try my best to find it again.
