  1. maybe you should place creatures like slenderman or any creepy dangerous fantasy creature that you can find in forbidden forests . Just throwing it out , i mean really who would listen in a game to "Don't go to the forbidden forest for great evil lurks their!" . We all known we'd say "Screw that I'm going in" . The forest needs a reason to be forbidden just going in there to kill whatever is just dull make it hard to get out by just getting creature X into death's stance and get the hell out of there

  3. When i received the wolf armor in Skyrim i was kinda disappointed , it was a nice armor and all but really i expected something more out of it.   4. this looks great like the crusader armor , though i'm not all to fond of the checkerboard on the shoulder but maybe you could make one version with red and black?
  5. well one of the mods i would suggest making the mod compatible with is Winter is Coming makes a lot of sense to have it on the island especially close to the sea

  8. thanks for the advice , though the problem was solved along time ago apparently it was caused with me adding the line to the ini files. i still have some CTD's often but i'll have to deal with them till i get a better computer and bethesda fixes more issues
  9. I suggest that village two is more of a fishing village where you can find the needed supplies more like a port really find some "pirate's" and what not more the illegal kind of stuff

  14. Thanks for all the help , it seemed the trick with the ini worked guess when i replaced it back with the old one something went wrong but now that i checked if i removed everything it works fine
  15. @kazekage1 I did remove every thing but i never really deleted that other ini file so i might do that and see IF that works . @Rabbit 51 well i rather not change anything but i downloaded the HD Texture DLC before i read it was rather bad and since i wanted to keep using mods like Hvergelmirs Shield Retexture i changed the line to what was provided in the description page

I once had an issue with Skyrim crashing for some unknown reason , when i accidentally disabled all my mods i planned to start all from a new save game but it crashed at the conversation between ralof and the thief. My computer had to be reformatted so i hoped the problem would have been solved after reinstalling it but it didn't. I've installed and re-installed Skyrim many times with my mods active , without the mods , with stuff in my Skyrim folder even without when there was nothing left. Skyrim still keeps crashing i had a save of when you're char was made it often crashed when alduin arrived , a time later it crashed again at different locations yet i still don't know what's causing this . I even tried by taking out my save games so it can't rely on it anymore but still it crashes. I have absolutely no idea how to fix it and i really want to play skyrim again. I also wonder if you edit the Skyrim ini's normal and default if you un-install the game do they still stay there when you changed a line for example the one in the My games/Skyrim folder?

  18. @ asaf10888 : Not a bad idea! I was actually thinking of having something to do with Demons, and your suggestion actually gave me an interesting idea. Imagine! Fighting side by side with your Vigilant Brothers in a long, dark cave system where a Big Bad Evil Guy (BBEG for short) is using magic and dwemer technology to open a rift that allows Dremora to start pouring in through Oblivion, and you and your band of brothers have to hold off an invasion! Is an idea at least. though we'd best not go to deep in dremora parts else we'd have oblivion all over again @ scottmack : Yep! I was a little dissapointed at the lack of good guy options in vanilla Skyrim, especially since there were so many options to play an evil character and be rewarded. It seemed if you went good alignment, you not only limited yourself to a few good Deadric artifacts, but really only were able to do 2 factions (Mages and Companions). well the thieves guild are mostly neutral
  19. i hoped i didn't had to post here for a long time but guess it can't be helped. I've had couple of CTD's in the past before but they where acceptable even though annoying like hell. Currently the problem is so bad i can't continue playing , i've completed Shriekwind Bastion but each time i leave to skyrim the load screen appears after awhile it crashes over and over. I tried cheating my way out by using COC Hideout to go their what worked but after a few seconds i arrive it crashes even when i quick saved and reloaded the game there it keeps crashing. I've encountered my first CTD after installing Open Cities but i've long disabled it out of fear for more crashes especially after reading the comments and in awaiting of further releases. I then occasionatly encountered CTD at random and when i went in and out the hideout rather often. I've recently downloaded the HD Texture DLC and today i have tweaked both ini file's. I've tweaked the line to this sResourceArchiveList=Skyrim - Misc.bsa, Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Skyrim - Textures.bsa, HighResTexturePack01.bsa, HighResTexturePack02.bsa, Skyrim - Interface.bsa, Skyrim - Animations.bsa, Skyrim - Meshes.bsa, Skyrim - Sounds.bsa sResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Voices.bsa, Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa to try to fix the issue but didn't work then i downloaded BOSS in the hope to fix the problem but that didn't work either these are the mods i have currently installed http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/nn24/William_Lionheart/modlist.jpg hope somebody can help me out with this , thanks in advance
  20. i like the idea about the fortress though , reminds me of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Maybe the mod could have futures similar to what you see in there : invest in restoration and fortification of the order's headquarters , rebuild old fortresses or other locations to be a minor headquarters (can't come up with the right words atm) , save villagers then convince them to join the order or aid the order for example be the orders blacksmith and other things.

  22. @Artistdude05: Well basically from the the paladin's point of view they're not spells but Holy Powers (falls under spells in the game but you know what i mean) . I already have some idea's so if you want me to pm you or post them on the forum let me know so i can get to work on that as soon as possible . My current char is completely not suited for a paladin but in the future i want to have a paladin (tried making one in oblivion but i had mod conflicts then skyrim came out and i didn't bother with it) . i completely love the idea of a Holy Warrior that brings justice upon the wrong and the situation faced in Skyrim fits with perfectly for a paladin to come in. I'm a catholic myself so i can really relate to the whole Holy Paladin idea
  23. This is great , i was already hoping of a paladin order mod this really looks promising . I hope you will add great spells for the players to use as well , i myself have some idea's if you need any help with that

  25. sorry for double posting , i think i fixed oblivion crashing at bruma but i still have the issue with that green stuff (i think it became bigger and even more then before) , the game itself is so freaking bright (indoors its like the sun is shining) and the npc their faces as well (maybe because of beautiful people) i added some darker mods to see if that helped , didn't do anything at all and my last issue is probably something to do with the ini file i changed a line or 2 the issue being: that when i change my settings like put distant grass , actor , object at 100% it jumps all the way back in a lower position. It's good i can see buildings from far away now but it bugs me that when i walk some npc's become black or basically invisible
