I know these kinda mods go on creativity and imagination but I really do hate it when something is clipping through the land or vice versa buildings. So I was wonder could anyone make a mod that evens out the land around or near hearthfire homes?

The main story is one of many adventures you will experience in Skyrim. Unlike the other Bethesda games, it does not end. So plow through the main story line or take a break and wonder around for a bit then continue the main story again if you feel like it. Honestly nobody can give you a legit answer for only you can know how you want to play your Skyrim. There are no set single player experience packs/mods. Some play it lore friendly with mods that change very little and some mod it so its not for the faint of heart. In my current situation, I play Skyrim with the minimal of mods to prevent conflicts that can cause CTD's and I also focus on performance because I do not have the best of a rig. What it really comes down to is what are you going to be using the most out of which ever mods you pick and which ones are going to enhance the game the way you want to play it. There is no point of getting mods you will never make use of in Skyrim. Thus only you can pick the correct mods for you. Small advice. Make sure you have mods your willing to keep because uninstalling mods is a pain in a game with over 20+hrs or more and especially if you do not read the description in how to uninstall properly. Others might say its fine to uninstall with 20+hr gameplay but I found it to always go wrong when removing some mods. I mean can do it but its always a small risk things will go wrong. What I usually do is plan which mods I am going to use and make sure if they are compatible or if I will have any problems using them. I spend about a day before I actually get to play Skyrim when I make a fresh install on my pc and selecting mods. I think I am happy with my current load out but I find myself adding some mods, very cautiously ofc. Also if you find yourself stuck with bugs or CTD and have no choice but to start a new game, don't start from the beginning. Check the Saved Game section and see if they have a saved game part your willing to start from, there are some with the mainquest done or you have to kill the first dragon for example. Reason why I stop playing new vegas cause WD would always crash my game. No matter what I tired to do to fix it. The real problems of this mod are. 1. Stability, having fear of dropping stationary guards should not be a factor. 2. AI is stupid. I hated the fact that the waves of enemies did not know what to do with walls. If there was some kinda health implemented to the walls and they disappeared when the enemy knocks them down, this would make the experience more enjoyable. 3. Nothing really to defend. You should implement a system if you fail to defend your base its taken over or partially or complete destroyed, depending on what successfully takes over your base. 4. Spawn Markers. If you could find a way to generate random spawns around your base it would be way better. Having markers kinda makes it dull cause you know where they are going to come from. Or maybe having this as a option wouldn't be to bad. Well. I really do hope you bring this mod back to life. And I hope Elder lets you take over. You forgot to add which CPU you are using. Any how, there can multiple reason which I will be explaining now. 1. Your CPU is not powerful enough. But without knowing which cpu you use I cannot say for sure. But there are fixes for this if that is the case 2. Your Ram could be overheating or is loose. Try dusting your PC out. 3. Added a new or removed a mod improperly. Read the descriptions to see if you need a patch for some mods to work together or even if some mods are compatible. 4. Learn how to use TES5Edit to create a Merged patch. Or Wrye bash for a build .esp 5. I have hear running more then 80 mods can start CTDS(Crash to Desktop) or funny business. 6. Update your Drivers for your video card. 7. Next time you plan to post your list of mods use, http://pastebin.com/ (You don't have to if you don't want to, just a suggestion) 8. I am not a expert. :tongue: Usually I always find the solution myself before I ever come on the forums. What I do is plan which mods I am going to get and read the description very carefully to see which one work together. And if I end up adding I am closely reading the description word for word. Worse case scenario, you end up uninstalling and have to read each mod to see if your installing correctly or if they are compatible. If you have the patients, then wait till one of these mod savvy people come to tell you the specific problem. I am NOT a expert, I would say I am a average modder but I am going to just give my opinion and thoughts. Taking them as advice is entirely up to you and you can wait till somebody that has the eye which can tell you the exact problem is up to you. Deadly Dragons is a really bad mod. In my opinion. Due to the fact it really never uninstalls. It really uses a lot out of your pc as well, so this can cause CTD if your PC is not super computer. Even then, it still has problems. I'd stay away from that mod. I have always heard you can only run 80 mods. This could be another problem leading to CTD. I always use Wrye Bash and build a .esp. Also I use TES5Edit to create a merge patch to ensure from CTD's. I believe you don't need both but this is what I due and it works fine for me. If all else fails I usually, uninstall, go back and read word for word on each mod I have or planning to download/want, to see which one's are compatible and or needs patches to work together. Or you can try to figure out which ones are not working together by doing without uninstalling. And going back in reading the descriptions. Uninstalling is last thing you wanna do. Well I hope somebody can come to your rescue and tell you specific problem because I don't see any problems with your list. But like I said I am not a expert. Well Good luck. Yeah I know but I am not talking bout just slap on option to have her follow you around. And Besides Babette has been a vampire forever, I'm talking about a freshly turned child vampire. The best follower/companion mods are usually with custom everything like Valija. I like the way you said this and it even gave me another idea. What if as a child they're strongest trait are your weakest? Not any of the weapon or armor, just like alchemy, food, sneak, pick locking, and enchanting. Maybe only have them be able to be strongest in 2 trait? Maybe have the player ask them a question in what they're parents use to do? Then the system chooses 2 of the traits depending on the question asked? Who knows what there parents profession might have been and what they taught there child right? I would'nt know I don't own hearthfire. Oh and don't forget a good story line :P. Hmmm I don't know about spells, maybe. Its gotta make sense and be immersive.

I think you mean more of a overhaul for the voice but by then I believe you would be long done with those quests. Mute and read subtitles is my best suggest if it annoys you. :psyduck:

First of all, I am not a advocate for child violence/abuse or pedo's. I just thought the idea would be very immersive and unique. I stumbled upon the following mod. Makes sense right? Well it got me thinking. There are plenty of companion mods, which consist of the typical adult male or female but what about the kids? This hasn't been attempted before or it has but not much effort was put into it. This would be very interesting to see cause there are so many ways you could go about making a Child/teen companion mod. I even think a child/teen companion would have a better story then most companion mods out today. And not only does it have to be a regular child/teen. So for just one example. Some of this was inspired by A interview with a vampire.Though not really on the run in the movie at first. If you haven't seen the movie, they don't allow children vampires. There reason I heard are in the books, they never really explained in the movie why but maybe they did and I just don't remember. Anyways, you have to take in this child and help them seek revenge because the master vampire killed him/her family. And the head vampire wants the child dead because the one who turned the child was a rouge vampire. At the end of this adventure(quest) you go through with this child you are given a choice. The child ask you if they should turn back into a human or stay a vampire. Well why would you want the child to stay as a vampire you ask? Well I know the in a companion mod they usually fight but what if this one were only a assist to you. Like for example and to keep it immersive. The Child vampire doesn't fight because they are a kid and wouldn't know how to fight but instead of being complete useless, they could tell you when a enemy is near or have them steal stuff for you or play as bait while you sneak up behind the enemy to cut they're throat . You know something kids would be capable of....well a vampire kid at that. And as for the human choice, they become are your responsibility but it doesn't stop there. Now that the child is human once more you watch them grow into a teenager and into a adult. Well with you having to nurture to them ofc. This way instead of being just a kid, the stages would hold benefits to you, them as teenager they can fight are agile and can sneak better, basically a really good thief. As a adult they are as strong as you, and or could mold them into whatever you want them to be good at, etc. Maybe even throw in option if you don't want them to be a grow into a adult just have the player not nurture to them and they wont grow anymore and will stay a teen or adult. Well, I just wanted to get my thought out there and maybe somebody will surprise us with a unique and immersive youth companion mod.

Well guys I set my page file to 2000mb to 4095 is that good? BTW I have a 1tb seagate HDD SATA and yes all I use this rig for is gaming.

Yes I did Erike005. I played BF3 and it's never played more smooth since I've OC'd Dan3345, switching the flips on my Mobo were the first thing I tried long ago. Wife and kids!? :psyduck: I don't have a wife, kid or even a job and I'm yet to finish the story :teehee:. I went ahead and started modding to keep me wanting to play the game. Everytime I play Bethesda game, it somehow feels unfinished, so in a way I kinda need mods. The way I want to play it. Nobody can really tell you if it's better to play with or without mods. But hear my warning comrade, make sure you get all the mods you want before you start playing because you dont want always make a freash game everytime you install a mod, cause usually un/installing a mod while your in mid game causes problems. I started skyrim at least 30 times or more from the start and reinstalled at least 5 times before I got were I am confrontable now. The way I did it was I got stuff that wouldnt break the immersion of the game and made sure all my mods were going to work together would'nt give me problems. In the end its all about personal preferences. . If you decide to mod, start with going the Categories list, use most endorments in the drop box once your pick a category. And pick whatever tickles your fancy. I have a GTX 560 . My Cpu is weak, E3300, I get tiny shutters here and there but not that much to effect my gaming. I uninstalled AVG and I use Microsoft Security Essentials, I belive it uses less resources and works good enough for me. I also use SBW. If your getting drops and stuff with a rig like yours. I'd start simple and start by doing a clean video driver install would help. That would be uninstalling drivers, clean registery( Driver sweeper does the trick)and re-downloading drivers. After that look into changing the number of cores skyrim is using. Im not that tech savvy anymore so yeah... :psyduck: The way I learned do deal with my fps and shutter problems is turning down the graphics, the human eye can't comprehend everything that is happening on the screen anyways. I've been reading and I know you gotta change the date n' stuff....I do that...and it still doesnt make a difference. I know its not a big deal...but its annoying as hell.
