Is it possible that you mix up some things here? Skyrim doesn't have or had a 2GB V(ideo)RAM cap. It had a 2GB RAM cap. Even the patch you linked doesn't say a word in it's description about VRAM. By the way this patch is totally outdated since an official patch by Bethesda made it possible to use 4GB RAM.

The "semi" armor (it just mainly covers chest and shoulders) in the concept drawings looks cool but the fist picture is in my opinion no armor at all.

You can do a two handed version of chillrend including color and ice effect. Basically this would be the exactly same sword only holding with two hands and acting like a real two handed sword now but I wouldn't consider this as a retexture since you don't have to edit the texture files. In this case you just edit some data in the CK and in the meshes. Anyway you CANNOT take a real greatsword and get the blue blade without retexturing (the ice effect is no problem). Get nifskope from here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/niftools/files/nifskope/ Then I can show you how it works (no worry it's no rocket science).

The 4gb version of this card won't give you ANY improvement! So don't waste your money on that.

You just have to edit some data in the meshes and the CK. "Retexturing" would be another story (I cannot help you with).

Hi! The R9 290 will be a huuuge step forward. According to some tests it will give you roundabout a fps boost by 50! Of course you could go with a R9 290X or GTX 780 Ti but in my opinion the performance plus compared to the R9 290 is way too little to justify the much higher price. Honestly I think a R9 280X with 3GB VRAM would do the job just fine.

Except of the "schlong" SunDracon's does not edit the mesh for male body at all. It's more a texture mod.

Well, if the ENB should ruin your well working game just uninstall it. I can't tell you anything about the FPS booster or Anti Freeze patch but the ENB Memory Boost Patch is included in all of the newer (or updated) ENBs. Just look which version is needed so you can see if the Memory Boost patch is included. What I wanna say is you will benefit from the Memory Boost patch when using an ENB.

Can't really decide if this helmet or the Star Wars mod for Skyrim is the most useless thing I've ever seen but I tend to the helmet.

I'm just experimenting a little around with several things and after trying to "convert" a 1H sword to a 2H sword I've got the following issue: http://s14.directupload.net/images/140101/nbn6kgrz.jpg As you can see the position of the upper hand is much too high so it goes right through the guard. Can if fix this so both hands are in the correct position? I just started to work with nifskope. Thanks for your help!
