  1. So, the coolest mod; Dante's (DMC5) hair for Nero (Long) has been broken for some time. You load in with a bald head. Mod in question: https://www.nexusmods.com/devilmaycry5/mods/32 The author abandoned the mod, and well the masses are complaining. I tried to send them a DM here on nexus forums; but nothing. If somebody has the heart to dedicate the time to get the long version of that mod working (both regular outfit + EX) I'd be forever grateful. Sadly I have no idea how the RE2 engine file structure/"mod api" is setup whatsoever; so I'm in the dark here :c Thank you in advanced, Marat! Edit: I don't know where else to post this. I tried to google for DMC5/RE Engine 2 modding discussion forums or discords; and the only thing I could find is this place. So mods please go easy on me <3
  2. SkyRe -- Best combat/perk overhaul; love it. SkyUI -- a must to play on PC.
  3. I hear ya. I'm the same. Good luck, make sure you get an SSD; SSD's are pretty crucial to skyrim mods (samsung 840 pro is the best bang for your buck in terms of quality and performance [ohh the performance])
  4. Well most of the parts I got from my IBP pc were upgraded, but are laying around. I just bought it a year ago and upgraded overtime. My wire-management is awesome, the fan from my extra fans keep hitting the fan, so I had to twisty wire it to some random wire so it doesn't move. (I bought a 4pin -> 4 fan port cable to just fill up my case with a bunch of fans for lols, I have a watercooler on my CPU)
  5. While compiling a system, if you pick say a strong video card, it will say "WARNING: You need a stronger powersupply, minimum 500watt/650watt/w/e" depending on how much cards/how strong the card is If you select an intel CPU, all motherboards that are for AMD chips will automatically be removed for the list and only show intel supported mobos. Everything is listed in order of "strength", basically the worst CPU will be on the bottom of the list since it costs the most. You still get all the single part warrenties of buying parts yourself PLUS their free warranty/liability. 70$ for not only a pc that you hired somebody to build is worth it -- they make sure your PC runs optimally never buy an operating system FROM THEM! windows is ~100$, you can find a old windows cd around your house  I would't be suggesting ibuypower if I did not have two computers from them, and enjoy the experience. I'm the type of person if I don't like a company or how a support person talks to me, will file a formal complaint, speak to the supervisors boss, and make sure that the company knows (not ibuypower, other companies) that they have lost money specifically because this person acted this way, and will buy something elsewhere (this is usually when they ask for a 1 minute hold and give you crazy discounts ) There are other websites like ibuypower, but they overcharge like crazy -- some tiger company (forgot full name) had a 500$ difference on a 2500 pc! ibuypower man, all you're losing is 70$ and saving time + getting a neat and perfect pc. if you never built a pc, don't risk it, even if you have a friend that is a "pro pc builder". My friend tried to build a pc, after hours failed, called me over, and got the GPIO all wrong which i fixed in two seconds. it's not "hard", it's basically a pro lego set, but if you've never done it before; you'll get overwhelmed. youtube videos don't really show the real experience. Like I said before, it's entirely up to the OP if she wants to build it herself or have a place like ibuypower do it for her. It seemed to me like she was on a bit of a tight budget, and when you're on a tight budget 70-bucks is a lot of money, which is why I originally suggested a self-build. Personally, the build warranty places like that offer isn't worth the time it would take to pack the PC up and post it back to them to fix. But again, that's just me. It might be the linchpin that makes someone else decided to buy from them. You don't just get their warranty, you get warranty for each part too as if you bought it from new egg -- and from what I know; if it's just your GFX card, you ship them yours and they ship you a new one, or you can get the GFX manufacturer to do it -- your choice. I'm just saying it's good to have two places to complain too instead of just one. If the OP has pc building experience, then go right ahead -- I assumed with the crap computers he listed that he does not know wtf to do. Note: New Egg Premium gives you 30 days free, get the trial, order your stuff, and cancel in in 29 days before they charge your card; free 2 day shipping :p
  6. UAC LOL! Who keeps UAC enabled.. The first thing I do, literally first thing when installing a new operating system is go to the control panel, and disable UAC once and for all.
  7. If you got the "built in pump" liquid cooling that I use on both my machines (as to many people, they're awesome), it's just a matter of screwing one part ontop of your cpu like a regular heat sink, and a radiator + fan to the side of your case. If you're talking about full blown liquid cooling with tubing, a pump, and actual cooling liquid, have fun!
  8. If the horse has it's own "framework" it could be conflicting with Convenient Horses.
  9. Possibly, their logo is a tiger than it is. Well good luck, but remember -- can't put a price on time and liability. I personally rather spend 70$ and get a neatly managed and good to go computer at my door, ready to install windows, than 100 boxes and have to sort things out (make sure you order EVERYTHING you need, it sucks missing a cable and waiting a few more weeks)

  11. Well "buildityourself" is a good one, I don't mind helping friends build pc's -- but personally I make a rig on ibuypower.com and rather pay the 70$ shipping to get a perfectly wire-managed, neat, and built computer and saving time. ibuypower lets you "build" your pc, just select all the parts you want like normal -- and the only price you pay is the 70$ shipping. 70$ more for saving an hour (possibly WAY more if op never built a pc, assuming he never has because of the computers he listed), and having extra fingers to point to for warrenty = worth
  12. Unless you plan on using magika, better have a potion on a hotkey. Yes you can run around without dying -- but it's better to wait till night to do any combat (or be indoors)
  13. wrye bash? Why not Mod Organizer? I never used wrye bash, youtubing it now, but what I've read is that it's out of date with loot/sort and MO.
  14. Ahh found this article, here are some PC builds that might fit your needs: http://www.reddit.com/r/PCMasterRace/wiki/builds
  15. I'm sorry anything with duel core is poop and waste of money. All those computers are rip-offs and OMG VGA COMPATIBILITY? INTEL GRAPHICS? all sarcasm aside they're all junk.
  16. With Google chrome + Adblock I have yet to see this snake. As far as I know, Firefox's adblock doesn't block as much as chrome's (I don't know why, it's just what I've seen throughout my experiences) Extension that I use: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/adblock/gighmmpiobklfepjocnamgkkbiglidom Or https://getadblock.com/ Both are the same! I've seen ads that firefox's adblock pro (The first addon when you click adblock) does not block, but chrome's does. I thought they were the same for a while, but they're not. Update: Some important information found here! ( https://getadblock.com/adblock-is-not-adblock-plus ) According to getadblock's website (The chrome extension), it's only for Google Chrome, Safari, and Opera. And if you are too lazy to read the article: Firefox's adblock purposely does not block certain ads (hotfiles being an example)
  17. A Dark Brotherhood overhaul would be an awesome idea -- something on the level of Helgen Reborn.
  18. You need to have skyrim on your steam account, after that, download it once and keep it backed up on an external HDD (I doubt a single disk will fit everything including DLCs) This wont run offline until steam is logged into once. Try a program called Tunnelbear to get into steam. https://www.tunnelbear.com Good luck!
  19. 1) Skyrim is very video memory and load heavy, the more memory (GDDR5) your graphics card has, the better skyrim will run 2) If you don't have an SSD, your load time will be slow, skyrim will eat your HDD to 100% usage, loading things in the middle of the world while traveling will cause a frame drop. Regular memory (DDR3/4) wont affect your game so much past 4gb for skyrim itself, but if you have background processes you need at-least 8gb. Skyrim not being optimized anymore for future CPUs, I/Os, etc, ends up relying heavily on your video card ram and with a ton of mods -- an SSD is basically mandatory.
  20. Never saw it :o I googled hotfiles and apparently it's been shutdown -- maybe nexus is using/renting it's servers for hosting files
  21. Intresting, but is there a mod that actually lets you enchant plates? That would be interesting :o
  22. I suggest SkyRe, I just love that mod -- and does so much for the game. I don't even know the default weapon numbers because of it. Basically makes the game balanced no matter what level you are and all that. My favorite, and usually first mod installed.
  23. Possibly conflicting with skeleton mods like the one that starts with x[something] or DSR.
