  1. I am sorry for your loss :( I will probably want a copy at some point just to make sure I can save all the guides properly for people to have information they might want. I have almost finished downloading the empty project pages... about 2k of them which we can use to keep track of the project list IDs you made. I have already started to compile a list of Empty File projects. There are a lot >.0 Thankfully with modders like Otte, Ele, Wyldsong, Sunjammer and others we have been getting a lot of support and people helping move their own projects and keep the Toolset wiki and program alive. I think we have succeeded quite a bit since the shenanigans have started and very little will be lost. I want to make a personal remark on the polls from the BSN Legacy site: These are really difficult to download and I have no idea why. Some might be lost so if there are any polls that you really like to know about, well, read them now and take a screenshot. It is not a high priority and I hope you can understand. -T
  2. Moho25/Giftfish (creator of ThaneMod, Back off and coordinator of the ME3Explorder project, has made a post on the main site forum: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/4851880-bioware-continuity-network-bcn-preserving-the-bsn/ We would love your help in preserving the mods. All that you want to know about the BSN closure and how we are working to preserve these mods can be found on that page. I am posting this here for visibility. (I have been told not everyone sees all the forums) If you have any questions please PM me. You will notice I am uploading Builder files on the DA Nexus; if you see that it is a double of someone else's upload let me know so I can remove it. It is difficult to search for exact file names (many are changed when uploaded to Nexus) so keep me in the loop. Modders: If you have lost your resources, many are still on BSN and available to snag. Mod Users: We need help with the spreadsheet, everything else is saved privately. Thanks for all your endeavors! -Tarshana BCN Inventory Clerk
  3. Okay fantastic. Well, I did not reach my 30 page goal.. more like 20.
  4. We are not able to take requests. Please read Moho's post about what we are and cannot do in accordance with the Nexus site rules. I still have over 2 thousand projects to inventory.
  5. MohoFish- the DA2 forums are fully preserved. I am also waiting from Sunjammer himself about the Toolset stuff since he was a beta tester and wrote half of the wiki.
  6. Everything is tucked away safe, right now we are needing to finish the spreadsheet and author contact :)
  7. The toolset is so far safe, as for the Wiki, it is rumoured that Sunjammer (who wrote a lot of it) is working on relocating it. That is safe for the moment :) If you lose your copy just PM me and I can help you get a new one.
  8. ~ears perk~ I am!? WOOHOO Btw Sunshine did a great job :) It was really great to have an extra hand; she even found a mod author I had not been able to!
  9. Start at the Inventory tab and look down where you see our names on the Page Numbers. I am currently on http://social.bioware.com/browse_bw_projects.php?page_num=66&project_search=Search&view=0&project_category_id=&status=&sort=1 but you can change the page number to 69 and start from there. If you start to type in something that is already present, it will try to auto fill for you so you know you are not doing a double entry. I go through the pages every morning and check for double entries based on download numbers. Even if we do have double entries we can fix it later. Take a peek at the contacted mod author page, too, you will recognize some names. If you are uncomfortable contacting an , put an asterisk next to your lines at "contacted mod author" and I will do it for you .
  10. Are you here, too? I am having issues with the search function on Nexus :(
  11. When I am searching on the website for projects or author names, are wildcards allowed? Just point me in the direction of a post if one is already up. Sometimes I can find the projects/authors but in round about ways. I am... search box challenged. Thanks ahead of time, Tarsh
  12. Hey Sunshine, I am currently working on the page and in the chat- look at top right corner. So if you need help, just pop in and say hi :)
  13. What we need is Moho's blog post somewhere and the gist of what we are doing with a link back here for all the clarifications given. The worst part I am finding is a lot of people want to "help" but it has turned out into meaning "let me upload files."
  14. It is not terribly difficult :) Look at the lines that are already filled out, if you have questions the very top parts all have sticky notes. If anything looks funky I can clean it up.
  15. NOTE: I realize a lot of you want the TMP7704 files. The GOOD news is that 90% of his files are imported from DA:2 which means any one of us can import it as well. I have just finished accessing the assets and I have some hairs from DA:2 in my Max3DS. While I will not able to mimic his exact import methods , I CAN provide alternatives to his tucked hair, qunari models and armour. So for people who miss out on downloading his files, I will provide alternatives so that they will not be lost. I have already created two of them. This will take me a few weeks, I have a huge workload. Please be patient.
  16. DA2 is in import process right now, ME3 is 50%. I have been corrected :)
  17. I believe that one is still in processing due to aforementioned post deletion. I will ask Fexelea what the ETA is :) I have waybacked the first 100 pages of ME3, but alas I only have 2 hands and 1 brain to do more than that :(
  18. Aye, DA2 is on the import now and I believe that is all that is left. The other posts are there, plus I took down all the posts of the people who asked for it in the forums during the move. I sent out PMs to all the guide writers to let them know where their work was and that we can take it down if they wish it so. Over 500 people signed up on Fextra to keep their name associated with posts, and many are on bsn as well.
  19. lol if there is a mod on Nexus that has not moved their work I will be a sad puppy. As for privileges my thought is along the lines of "if something happens to one person there is a backup." I definitely get what you are saying :)
  20. If we could get a section in DA and ME for BSN Legacy Projects and allow me to put up a disclaimer and get mods in touch with us for take downs then that would be ideal. There is an option when uploading projects to assign a person to edit/manage the mods, so I could include you, Creeper and/or admins to facilitate this. That would make this whole thing 1000000000 times easier. Would also be wise , if this is possible, to get a sticky/pinned note in the DA and ME mod forums. Then everyone's tail is covered and no one loses anything. Maybe I am wishful thinking but hey, small steps right?
  21. EA does not want bad publicity for ME:A. They are taking down public forums because they are public and it is hard to keep up with thousands of users. Using Twitface they have more control. I am calling a spade a spade, as they say. I just saw the new "gameplay" release for ME:A . I wish I was impressed :( So it is as you say, no more money to them. I made a 10 page summery of everything wrong with DA: I. I have not spread my opinion around but after that I cannot trust they will focus on story and content. It is all about the instant gratification with shiny objects and blowing stuff up. Which is okay but is that not what Battlefield is for? Anyway, back to the topic hehe. I have some other avenues to pursue in finding tmp and several other modders. Thankfully a lot of modders have work here and on blogs and personal websites. I am slowly getting information out there for people. I am hoping that people read the various posts around and will seek me out if they are in need of help. I have had to squash about 28 posts now of people trying to put the mods up themselves. Fingers crossed all is not lost!
  22. Yes I saw that and I expected it. Going to put my blunt foot forward: Bioware cannot be trusted to tell the truth anymore.
  23. Thanks Mr. Thandal. I am working with both bsn and fextra to let them know where to find the mods LEGITIMATELY. If you have any instance of known theft PLEASE let me know so I can talk to the mods there and they will be taken down. I just had to lay down the hammer at bsn because someone was listing mods. Grrr. Hair ripping. I am very passionate about preserving the information so thank you for your kind words :) MohoFish- I have added tmp7704 on Origin. We might get lucky. I am updating all the builders stuff tonight before finishing more pages.
  24. Thanks Mr. Dark0ne :) Moho thanks, I will not wait :) I have a thing about unfinished projects and my work requires us to use paid holidays because the last three months is always busy and already has stat holidays built in so it ends up being the perfect storm really. Even if BSN isn't going anywhere might as well get it done now. Tomorrow is not guaranteed so I do what I can this day :) This is the project : http://social.bioware.com/project/4161/ It has builder information and people used it before. So I have no idea what to do with that or if I should just mark it for a Nexus judge?
