it could probably be done using a model of a quiver as a container but you would be able to put anything in it and seeing as arrows have no weight, it isn't as if you need to store them

have you got a save from before the 1.6 beta? if you have try going back to that save. you will lose a few hours of play but might be able to continue with that character

not knowing if a process is essential or not is a major handicap when trying to optimise your rig. IOBit take away the guesswork and that's a good thing edit to add: it is also a good idea to set your fan speed manually so that everything stays as cool as possible. I use EVGA Precision X to adjust my fan speed and that has helped a huge amount. I have no idea what the equivalent is for other cards but there must be one ******WARNING!!!! IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING JUST TURN UP THE FAN SPEED AND STAY AWAY FROM THE OVERCLOCKING STUFF******

@xlcr much better to turn off non essential processes and services when playing games (especially Skyrim which needs as much of the CPU's resources free as possible) IOBit have a couple of useful apps that can do this for you, but be quick as Game Booster will only have a free version for another 26 hours, but Advanced System Care doesn't have a deadline on downloading (click on the learn more link on that page) and turn on Turbo Boost from the main menu. both are easy to configure and can free up around 30% to 40% of your system resources :)

or get rid of the Daedric armour and use an unenchanted weapon ;) wearing one of the lower classes of armour will give you much more of a challenge, as will using weapons with lower damage and no enchantments.

that is your answer (it might have been the GFX card but from the symptoms described it sounds like overheating) google fan control for your card and you should find something that will let you turn the GFX card fan up to 100% and keep it there so your card doesn't overheat

LE Dungeons way too bright. Any darkening mods?
MightyZ0G replied to yzerman19's topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
that's why I suggested RLWC as it can be set to only make the dungeons darker and doesn't have anywhere near the performance hit of ENB and requires virtually no experience to set up. ENB could have you spending days testing out various settings only to find that the one you like for dungeons makes every house interior unplayable -
LE Dungeons way too bright. Any darkening mods?
MightyZ0G replied to yzerman19's topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
there are loads lightless abandon dungeons is one of my favourites More Dynamic Shadows and Striping Fixed will help with the atmosphere if you have torches casting shadows Realistic Lighting With Customization makes dungeons darker as well (and has an option to make building interiors brighter while leaving dungeons dark -
LE Morrowind/Oblivion style armour pieces?
MightyZ0G replied to Lemmington's topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
if it was a choice between this and having capes and ear rings then I'd have the separate armour pieces. -
Dwemer Goggles and Scouter have fun you could add a request for a more steampunk look in the comments section there ;)

you don't need NMM running to play Skyrim just activate the mods and sort out the load order then close it down and launch the game from the exe in the TESV Skyrim folder
-
it does sound like a mod conflict I had that when I used NMM to add one of the cloak mods and it added ALL the alternative esp files (that will teach me not to check the contents of the zip or my load order LOL) as soon as I got rid of the surplus esp files it was fine again

Should i join the imperial legion or stormcloaks?
MightyZ0G replied to TheMysteriousTraveler's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
the only thing that makes it difficult for me to choose is that a lot of the Imperials are snobbish idiots (Olfrid Battle-Born is a prime example) but for my character to choose is much simpler. he listens to what the people of Skyrim have to say about the Empire and about the Stormcloaks and picks the side that HE is closest to. my current build is a Nord who favours the Empire because he sees the rebellion as bad for everyone. -
I think I have discovered one of the major causes for CTDs if your GPU fan is set to auto change it to 100% all the time. whenever I have had CTDs, that weren't caused by a mod conflict, my GPU was up around 85 Celsius. today I set the fan to run at 100% and, after playing for over 1 hour, the GPU temp was around 70 Celsius and the game felt smoother and more stable.

I was getting bored with skyrim until.....
MightyZ0G replied to voidgenesis's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
if that is realistic lighting with customisation then I second that. the way it makes the weather seem more dynamic is excellent and occasionally you get days where you need a torch and nights where you can see quite clearly. much better than nights always being dark. don't use the optional rain mod as that may cause scripting errors and it is recommended not to use the enclosed enhanced distant terrain but to use the latest version of EDT (although this is optional and you don't need to use it at all) -
if you bought a brand new car and saw an internet post saying that adding bicarbonate of soda and ammonia to the petrol and removing all the filters would make your car perform like a race car you would only have yourself to blame if your car didn't run. yes mods do crash the game in predictable places (every time you enter a specific cell for instance) but if you have more than 2 mods it has nothing to do with Beth or anything wrong with the game. it is more a problem of cells being used for reference in the CK and the conflict happening when 2 mods use the same cell and it gets accidentally changed in one or both so that neither can work. yes Beth is responsible for the CK but it has to work the way it does and so it is the modders and those who use the mods that need to work together to make mods compatible with each other to improve stability. Beth can't fix this if we want mods. if they even tried there would be a riot considering that they couldn't rewrite the engine to be compatible with all mods so they would have to pick a few that they could work with and the rest would no longer work.

lush grass plus glorious grass plus more grass plus real wildlife skyrim equals lots of hunting fun, especially if you limit yourself to ancient nord arrows -
there are apps out there that do report the cause of a crash. gamebooster does it after the event. just hit analyse and it will give you the details of what stopped working. there must be other programs or apps that do this
-
there are already mods that stop the dogs barking ;)
-
yes, NPCs will use the craftable weapons in the collection and followers will use what they are given. the named swords are unique and have to be found scattered or hidden around Skyrim.

I'd love to see the Jaysus Swords as a replacer set so there were no more ugly vanilla weapons. it is one of my favourite mods and I couldn't play through the game without an ancient sword or Gungnir for my barbarian dragon slayer
