  1. VATS is hardcoded to not do that, unfortunately.
  2. Is that a reference to Vowels I see? The Season 2 Gundams did seem kinda blocky in comparison to the first season batch.
  3. Have you tried Groovy Followers instead of Sharing and Caring Companions? Groovy Followers has a summon follower option, which will teleport him right next to you.
  4. Searching brings up these: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8348 http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9236
  5. You could try using Groovy Followers or Sharing and Caring Companions to make him one of your companions.

  7. It's the Red Queen, which is in that Weapon Conversions Pack. It's flaming when you equip it.
  8. It's happened to me with headless Ghouls, too.
  9. There is a sound replacer for the laser pistol (and turrets, by extension) that replaces the firing sound with "PEW!".
  10. Well, first you download FO3Edit, extract it to where you want it (I just leave it on the desktop, personally), and launch it. When you launch it, 2 windows should pop up, one of FO3Edit itself, and another listing the mods that you have installed, with boxes to select or unselect mods for FO3Edit to load. I suggest just hitting "OK" without going and checking off boxes, as it automatically updates with your mod load order. FO3Edit will then load the .esms and .esps that you have loaded, and they will appear in a list, descending in load order and with the names of the .esm and .esps. Click on the box with a plus symbol (should look like [+]) that is next to the .esp for the Colossus Headgear. It should then bring down a list with some categories with more [+] boxes next to them, which are the categories for whatever the mod adds. Since you're looking for the helmet, which falls under "Apparel", click on the [+] next to Apparel. It will then list all of the individual pieces of apparel that the mod adds and/or modifies. You should be able to find one marked "Colossus Headgear" and see the code on the same line as it. Copy down the code onto a piece of paper or something, launch FO3, then player.additem x y in the console, where x is the code of the item, and y is the amount of the item that you want. Hope that helps, sorry if it's a bit too much text.
  11. It also adds variants of creatures such as Super Mutant Colossus and Deathclaw Matriarchs, as well as providing several retexes for each creature, so your targets have more variety in how they look. There's also a neat plugin that allows zones that normally don't respawn enemies, to respawn enemies.
  12. The only prone in Fallout 3 is a pose, which is part of the Some Poses mod. You can't actually fire from it.
  13. I believe there's a personal radio station mod or two floating around that gives you a radio station that only plays songs that you put in the appropriate folder (try looking for iPip, or something like that). The Groovatron mod has an mp3 player option, too.
  14. Or, you could use FO3Edit to find the codes.
  15. Have you searched FO3 Nexus yet? There's quite a few Desert Eagle mods out. ODST armor is being worked on, I believe. Don't count on proper reload animations for the Needler.
  16. Have you searched to see what's already out yet?

  19. It looks like they're cheering them on for a race.
  20. It's only a pose. The game does not support actual, functioning guns akimbo.
  21. Tin cans do have a use; they're used for crafting Nuka Grenades.
  22. Companions already had regenerating health, even in vanilla FO3.
  23. The feeling of being completely isolated.
