While not exactly adoption, you could try using the Sharing and Caring Companions mod to recruit children who have dialogue boxes.

I'd love to eventually have a Schwert Gewehr and cut Behemoths in two. I've already rigged the laser rifles with classic beam rifle and mega particle cannon firing sounds.

If you don't want to mess with the Alien faction in the GECK, you should hope they have a dialogue box for you to use Sharing and Caring on. Alien Epoxxy sounds quite useful. I won't have to use up Alien weapons to keep my guns highly repaired.

Alternatively, you can push and hold down on the "F" key and move your mouse around while holding down the key. Or, you can access the console by hitting the "~" button, typing tfc hitting enter, then pressing the "~" button again to exit the console. This let's you use free camera mode, to exit free camera mode, repeat the steps.

I'm Catholic and when I read this, I facepalmed so hard, I now have brain damage (then I laughed). In a harsh, post-apocalyptic wasteland, people are more likely to go for bullets than bibles. If they want to punish the kids at Lamplight, I'll link 'em the Killable Children mod. To deal with these guys, I'll just quote Sgt. RL-3: "Kill 'em all and let God sort 'em out.". Edit: Nope, those pictures have nothing to do with neko (except for that one costume...). Neko is Japanese for "cat".

There's a bit of a problem with making a working bow and arrow for Fallout, called animations. Adding in new ones is a pretty big uphill battle, like unarmed fighting Jack Rakan hard. You can have crossbows, though, since the Dart Gun animations can fit it.

They are most likely using the Some Poses mod by Backsteppo. The best way to be able to use those poses is to use the Groovatron mod, as it lets you easily use poses on yourself and others. Linky: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3284

There are 2 file types: .esm and .esp. .esm files go on top of the load list, with .esps under them. The top of your load list should look like this: Fallout3.esm Anchorage.esm ThePitt.esm BrokenSteel.esm PointLookout.esm CALIBR.esm FOOK.esm and any other .esms under those. For .esps, keep in mind that .esps (as well as .esms) override what comes above them.

The mammoth mod was removed, since it made certain areas CTD hotspots.

There's no spinning animations, that's why it doesn't spin. It might start spinning if you yell "Spin On!" in a hotblooded manner, though.
