SodaKidd
I just want a mod that combines GNR, radio new Vegas, diamond city radio, and Appalachia radio. Iâm not sure if this hasnât been made do to the legality of using copyrighted music but having a large variety of music wouldnât be awesome. Either having one large station or adding 3 different stations to the pipboy would be ideal
HadToRegister
Can't do that, you can't use assets from one game in another.Bethesda made the rules
madmongo
Since it's music, it's not just assets and Bethesda's rules. It gets into copyright law and licenses. Bethesda only owns the original music that it created for the game (like the Nuka-World theme song). All of the real world music is licensed. Bethesda couldn't give you permission to use it even if they wanted to. They don't own it. If you want you can contact all of the copyright owners for each individual song for permission to use their music. They'll most likely either laugh in your face or demand a licensing fee, but hey, you never know.
laclongquan
I dont know what you all are talking about considering all the music mod for FNV I am looking RIGHT NOW on Nexus. I used to have same requirement as original poster once upon a time. Then I just tinker myself with the custom radio mod (Radio Active Channel Extender). Later on I lost interest and just keep on playing. So I am sure there's mod as OP require. It's just... which~=== A simple search with keyword Radio show a bunch. Galaxy News Radio for Fallout New Vegas for an example. Sure, for legality reason they can not upload F3 audio files here. and Require Fallout 3 installed to be able to run... But that's not the same as unexisted, as all the above seem to imply. ===SodaKidd, protip: dont speak the C word. That seem to raise the ire of all sort of legal expert around here and nothing on the actual answer. Edited June 26, 2021 by laclongquan
