Vault 81 children have no clotha except underwear and such

It's cause you're a pervert :P Ok, it's because the mesh for the child vault suit is messed up and the game isn't loading it. Purple item, missing texture, invisible item, missing or screwed up mesh.

 

Start by using Steam to verify your game files. That can fix a lot of issues that are caused by the game just being glitchy.

 

Then, two possible culprits: mods that alter children, and mods that alter vault suits.

 

Any mods that allow you to kill children? I get some really strange side effects from that, like being unable to blow up the Institute because synth Shaun attacks everyone in the relay room.

 

Also anything that alters vault suits? 81 children wear child sized vault suits and pip-boys. An overly ambitious mod may have changed ALL vault suits, and since you can't do something like Bodyslide the child suit it might now have a missing mesh, which makes it invisible.
