cronosnake
Eh, I have two nexus bookmarks; New Today, and Forums. From there, I might check top lists in specific categories, but I actually rarely go to the front page. I find it very easy to see what is new and popular on the site whilst having adult content viewable but not needing to always view said adult content. It would be nice, though, to have a setting where you can see adult content if you click on it, but otherwise not have it show up whenever we click the front page. Searching does it well though, being able to see non-adult.
GrimyBunyip
Or you could browse the site logged out. Or you could turn the adult filter on while you're at work then turn it off again when you get home. It takes 10 seconds to change.internet 101:Most users are very capricious, and won't spend 10 seconds, because in the moment, their brains will think: do I waste 10 seconds changing these settings or use those 10 seconds to view something else on the internet? Like the new E3 videos, or kittens, or so forth. This is pretty common advice isn't it?I've been to game conventions and if there's any speakers from popular websites like penny arcade, that's what they'll always tell you. That every minor convenience pays off.

That every minor convenience pays off. This is very true. It's actually web design 101. Even most minor inconveniences can mean the difference between keeping your viewers on your site or having them leave do to irritation. That means fixing this issue would mean possibly helping the site become that more popular. It's why simple and user friendly always tends to be the best method to any design for a site. Nudedragon
As I said elsewhere, I've suggested that we have options to turn off individual categories and adult files for the hot files section and files of the month section. I like being able to see adult files, and armor mods, and play houses... but I don't want them thrown at me. Usually, I don't find that content compelling, unless I'm actively seeking it. vineyard
perhaps to put some limitations on nudity mods on the hot file, like one utmost at a time.

Signette
I was desperately searching for some new working vagina mod (for CBBE I believe) which was on the front page in hot files once to show my friend just for lulz, tried every possible keyword and filter no luck finding it... Did it get removed? I'm kinda against such mods to be in MY particular game, but browsing through them and looking what people developed is very amusing, they really put lot work into it, and the best feature of Skyrim IMO is its flexibility, basically you can turn this game in everything you ever wanted or imagined. As long as it doesn't forced into my Skyrim universe - let it be hot and on the front page if people wants to.Seriously, having only immersion and extensive gameplay/territory/quest mods no matter how awesome they done would be boring in the end. I still mostly manage to find and stock up my Skyrim with mods at my heart content.
N7R
I guess I am in the minority here but I really don't care what shows up on the front page hot files. Whenever I am looking for a particular mod or not sure what I will find I just go into different categories and search most recent and keep scrolling through the pages. I don't have the time to care what other people do with their Skyrim, it's theirs and they can do whatever they want with it. This site is community driven so it only makes sense the new popular files show up on the front page. Regardless if I find the mods on the front page my cup or tea or not it won't ruin my Skyrim mod browsing experience.
gandalftw
People need to get used to the idea that they live in a diverse world and to live sanely in that world they need to learn tolerance. There is not one mod on this site that bothers me to the extent that i would feel the need to complain about it or attack the modder that created it. Nudity doesn't equal pornography and if one is so sensitive that a glimmer of nudity ruins his/her day that is an indication of an inward problem not an outward one.
