Vitriks
Yesterday my mod "BZW Cpt John Price" was removed by moderator Jannifer. I don't understand why its been removed since there are a lot of mods from Call of Duty on Nexus. I contacted the moderator but didn't received reply yet. HeyYou
From one of your mod pages: All assets (models/textures) are property of Infinity Ward/Activision and I will never claim them as my own. If you don't have permission to use those assets, or, the actual owner of them doesn't have something published that allows said use, then, you can't use them. That is copyright violation, and why your stuff was removed.

I don't believe Infinity Ward/Activision actually care about fallout mods. Also I would like to look at that official copyright strike. aurreth
Making something that looks like Modern Warfare is not the same as directly using models and textures from the game. You can make anything you want that is "Modern-Warfare-like", as long as you do the work yourself. You, however, stated on your mod page that you directly used Activision assets. You admitted that you were violating copyright. Nexus would be stupid to court a lawsuit by letting the mod remain up, whether or not Activision "actually cares about fallout mods". It doesn't matter what other mods are doing. It doesn't matter if some things slip through the cracks. You ADMITTED it. Don't act all surprised when the website protects itself from you. Learn the lesson: when you steal other peoples stuff don't advertise the fact.
