sellohunter
Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me out. I ordered a Nexus Premium Membership last month, it was the 2,99 GBP Monthly option. But I don't need the premium membership anymore and the 2 days ago it renewed by itself. I know that it's monthly but since I dont need the membership anymore I just wanted to know I can end it. Thanks in advance. sello
M48A5
You might get a better response if you were to post your request in Forums rules and strikes. There is a topic at the top of the page for "Closed Accounts" I would make it clear that you want to cancel premium membership and not close your account completely. Dark0ne
Use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page and it'll be much easier. I can even refund the payment for you if you need :)
hungnguyen
Is it possible to check if my account is recurring or not? [sorry I'm new to the site  ]
Dark0ne
If you paid via Pay Pal and chose the "recurring payment" method from the drop-down, it's recurring. Easiest way to check is to login to your Pay Pal account and check your subscriptions. Anything else is non-recurring. If you don't have a Pay Pal account, it's non-recurring ;)
greymind87
I have put in 2 requests since August to cancel my premium account and have yet to get a response and I am still getting money taken out of my account. I just checked my account page and my forum requests have been removed.... I even tried canceling it myself and it kept switching it to the lifetime premium membership and tried taking out 47$ from my account. If this does not get resolved soon I am going to have to take legal action against the nexusmods website. FIX THIS!
Dark0ne
Greymind, please look at the information above your post. If you paid via the recurring Pay Pal subscription then you need to cancel that subscription from within Pay Pal in order to stop the payments going out each month. We do not store any credit card/bank details on our servers, it's all handled via Pay Pal for recurring memberships. PS. Pay Pal also has a very easy to use disputes system for any times where you feel you've been wronged.
electronictech1
This site is garbage. Real nice how they don't mention that basic memberships are capped at 2MB, until AFTER they have your info. Wont get a penny out of me!
