Mod List not working

Hello my mods for Elder Scrolls Oblivion are acting weird. The list below is what the Vortex mod manager is currently showing. But I have EGO (Enhanced Genetics Overhaul) and Maskar's overhaul and others. They do not show in the mod list but in the plug-in section. The OGO is not working properly, there is an issue with the eyes not aligning and I have slits below the eyes. I downloaded the skeleton replaced, the race fix, and the other mods the author said to download and it is not working. I am also not sure if the Cornerras mod is even working properly. I download it and drop the mods in the files correctly. I make sure the stuff inside the file match. I just cannot get the mods to work. Even though they work for every other person who downloads mods from the list. I have been spending days trying to figure this out and hope someone might be able to help me with this.

It would help if you would identify the game you are talking about in the topic title, like "Oblivion Mod List not working".

Problem with mod installs we try to handle here.

Problems with mods not working are better addressed in the support topic for that game.

I also question if having Vortex install the Oblivion mod manager is correct. Don't have two mod managers controlling your mods...

I am not sure if I am actually replying to your post or not. This is my first time posting on any forum. So I appreciate the feedback on the post. I tried to add the name in the first sentence since I can't change it in the title. Also I am trying to get mod installation help. I want to make sure I am properly installing these in the right order. If prior knowledge of these mods are important and the should still be switched to the Oblivion support then I will switch that over. I want to make sire I am properly installing the mods to see if that is the issue or the mod not working.

I disabled the second mod manager I just did not uninstall it. So it still comes up in the mod list.

Using Vortex with an older game like Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Morrowind is a crap shoot, because n9ot all of the mods are packaged correctly for a mod manager to use.
A good example is Roberts Body where you have to pick the bodies, etc from a chart, manually.

Also, some mods are BAIN, to use with WryeBash, and some are OMOD, to be used with OBMM

I used Wryebash to install my oblivion mods, because I spent a week or so seeing if it was feasible to repackage the mods for use with a modern mod manager, and it really wasn't worth the effort.

I wrote an article about that effort

Vortex and Oblivion, an experiment
