Skyrim and Fallout 4 and mods on two different drives

I've got Fallout 4 installed and modded. It's all on one drive, D:. Now I'd like to install Skyrim on another drive, E:, and I want the skyrim mods to be located there as well to make sure I don't run out of space for either game.

 

Is this possible at all with Vortex? Can someone please explain to me how to do it? I'm not new to modding or vortex, but I just can't figure it out without seeming to completely break vortex. Am I missing something obvious or is it just not possible?

Yes, you can have mod staging folders set up individually

So your Skyrim Mod Staging folder will be one E, while your Fallout 4 Mod Staging Folder is on D


Vortex will most likely suggest where to put your SKyrim Mod Staging Folder, and it will suggest E
