A shotgun to end all shotguns

A while ago I concepted a shotgun that gives off a loud bell like sound when shot, it is a single shot weapon with a shell capable of firing 100 buckshot pellets at one time or 50 titanium flechettes, or 25 airburst pellets. It is break action and has a short barrel because why would you need accuracy when you have spread. I would love to see someone create my shotgun in fallout 4. I only make 2 requests, 1. High damage, this gun is supposed to be the last word in destruction. 2. Make the firing sound heavy. Otherwise, I don't even care if you credit me with the idea, I just want to see some beastly weapons like this.

Single shot, short barrel, break action that fires a variety of different projectiles. That's pretty much the description of the M79.

 

There are anti-personnel 40mm grenades that turn the M79 or M203 into a "shotgun". They aren't really used anymore because we don't use the M79, and the M203 is mounted below the barrel of an assault rifle. No need to carry antipersonnel 40mm grenades when you already have an antipersonnel rifle.

Is it even possible to have different ammo types? Afaik, you can only use 1 type of ammo at any time. (without modding the weapon, changing the ammo used)

You could have a menu that lets you choose what ammo to use every time you equip the gun.

(It applies OMODs to the weapon to change the ammo type depending on what menu option gets selected)

 

 

Also, the syringer rifle can use different ammo "types", but that seems to be hardcoded and can't really be modified / duplicated ...

the barrel is way larger than the m79 and this isnt meant to be lobbed in an arc its meant to be the force that makes any madman or creature min its path wet their pants
