[HELP]Every modded item disappears from inventory when loading save

So every time I try to load a save all non-vanilla items disappear from my inventory, also all of my other mod settings just reset. I haven't touched any of the mods or plugins since starting my new game.

My load order

My Fallout4.ini

My Fallout4Custom.ini

My Fallout4Prefs.ini

I know there are a lot of .esp plugins but it's still under the 254 limit since a lot of them are flagged as .esl

Also all of the .ini are not on read-only and F4SE as well as Fallout4.exe both have admin rights

Too many mods. There is a hard cap of 255 esp/esm files. (esl files don't count toward this cap.)

I agree with HeyYou, you have gone over the limit. About a week or so ago, I had the same experience and you had and could have sworn I was below the limit. I used Z-edit to combine several mods and started a new game. No issues.
