@euph - i have no problem with adult images if they are tagged and filtered for adults. do you read what i write ? and we are here on nexumods and not on a free porn site.

@hey you - same question: do you read what i write ? if yes, why do you ask questions without any constructive content like a 13 year old ?

for example i suggested to change the image tag procedure. a simple thing. people have to tag if the images are not for adults. so nobody can just "forget" to tag. it is simple and nobody can say that he was not aware.

Yes, I "red" what you wrote.

And having the 'adult' tag ON by default, would simply ensure that non-adult content was tagged as adult.

The onus here, is on the uploader. If they upload adult content, they should tag it as such. If they don't, there are consequences. Maybe not immediate, but, if YOU report content you consider 'adult', that isn't already tagged as such, you are contributing to the solution. Not complicating matters for the majority of folks that are NOT the ones causing the problem.

So far as I am concerned, that is as it should be. If you upload adult content, tag it as such, if you don't, action should be taken against your account. (and it frequently is, just have a read thru the rules and warnings forum.) They system IS working, just not as fast as you perhaps think it should be.

"And having the 'adult' tag ON by default, would simply ensure that non-adult content was tagged as adult." - if taht is all you cam answer you do not get how to make correct tagging work and how to distribute responsibility. if you are in doubt waht do you think is worse: an untagged adult image or a tagged image with harmless content ?

we all see how the filter works. even if you do not. it is much work for staff and difficult and nasty to find all the limit scratchers. some efforts to make things better could help. but all you do is do ask questions to "maintain" what leads to the current result - which is - we all know - difficult to handle.

i really do not get why you mainly ignore this discussion topic and possible solutions just to do your "lazy thing" as ever and to ask useless questions. just let it go if you are happy. i'm ok if you don't agree and i understand it but i don't see your point to post here and i don't agree with you. what if you would contribute with a good idea ? seems impossible, right ? because everything is perfect in your eyes... so why are you posting if you are not interested to change things ? let staff decide (or not) and we will see (or not). peace!

It's not difficult for staff if people report the images, you may not get the result you want from a report but at least you'll know that the staff have been made aware. The only way to ensure that everyone plays by the rules would be to pre-moderate every image before it's made visible on the site which would be silly, the system we have now works if people play their part and report offenders.
