MrKirb
When I try to play Tale of Two Wastelands, got plenty of missing textures and meshes all over the place. And one issue in paticular, is the missing DLC part in the main menu.Using MO2, I turned off all the nonessential ESPs and it's still missing the DLC menu.https://ibb.co/qyJgHdc Edited October 6, 2021 by MrKirb
SirTwist
The red triangle with the exclamation point is missing meshes/textures. Make sure for the profile you are using in MO2 has automatic archive invalidation on. To do that, go to profile drop down menu, hit manage, then your profile, then click automatic archive invalidation. That may take care of things. However, if not, activate some of the mods that would affect what you have the red triangle.
MrKirb
I did that and it still doesn't work.I might have to reinstall the game and TTW itself.

M48A5
If you updated Fallout 3 to the latest version available from Steam, neither Vortex nor FOSE will detect the .exe file. Bethesda released to Steam a new .exe with the DRM removed. This has broken every mod or tool that relies on the old .exe file to function. Your only recourse is to have a backup of the original Fallout3.exe and replace the updated on.
Radioactivelad
I may be wrong (haven't used TTW in years), but you may need to add the Fallout 3 BSAs to your SArchive list in your Fallout Ini. ePath's comment on the FNV BSA Decompressor has the details: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/65854?tab=posts
