Installed Armor Replacer Has No Affect (Worked Previously) (1.4.16)

I have been trying to install the Remodeled Armor CBBE SE mod but, when in game, I only have vanilla armor. What I do not understand as it worked previously on my other mod layout, which is what I am cloning as a base for this new loadout. Vortex version used is 1.4.16.

 

Because it worked previously, I know its not the mod. And the 3 requirements (CBBE, BodyStudio, XP32) I have or should have. I know I have CBBE and it works properly, BodyStudio is a soft requirement that I generally never use, and XP32 is supposed to be included in Enhanced Character Edit (which I have to reply on since XPMSSE needs racemenu). (Should note it does not work if I go with reacemenu + XPMSSE either)

 

Anyone know what could be causing the mod to be installed but just not seem to do anything, especially when it worked before? I do not know if its possible some settings changed or what not. I have redownloaded and reinstalled the mod in case something happened to it. I also have no other mods that would effect vanilla armor so nothing should be conflicting with it. I used the suggested conflict resolution which were before CBBE and after Total Character Makeover, the only rules the mod needed.

 

If any more information is needed, I am happy to provide it. I am relatively new to Vortex, having used MO for Oldrim but decided to try Vortex for SSE.

Still installing on Steam or are you by any chance using Gamepass?

1ae0bfb8 is right - you're better off taking this problem to a Skyrim SE support forum. Looking at the installation instructions for the mod, I am impressed by the sheer amount of modding infrastructure and tweaks required to get this mod up and running properly. I seriously doubt that your problem is Vortex.
