NokkNokk
Hi, This might be a simple obvious question, and if so, I apologize. Question: What is the proper way to delete the old NMM and transfer any needed Mod info/Files to Vortex? I tried looking in the "Migrating from another mod manager" subject thread/Instructions but it is empty/has no txt. I guess another related question is, SHOULD I remove the old NMM and just run any newer mod d-load thru Vortex. Just want to make sure I do this right with the least amount of hang-ups as possible. Thank you for any who can help me :)
showler
I believe that if you disable all your mods in NMM, then Vortex will be able to import them and get you started. Once the import is done, the important thing will be to clear all remnants of NMM and any installed mods from your data directory before continuing with Vortex. Once Vortex has the mods, it might be worth clearing the game folder and repairing the install (unless you have a reason to use an older version of the game).
