2022-01-22 - Site issues (new accounts, password recovery, inactive accounts)

Hello everyone,

 

Just a quick heads up to let you know there are currently issues with some parts of our site, including making new accounts, sending out password recovery emails and inactive account emails. Essentially anything that relies on you receiving an email to work.

 

This is related to an issue at our email provider and we hope to get it back and working again soon.

Our mail service is now back up. We will closely monitor it over the weekend to try and ensure it remains smooth sailing from here.
