Your wishes and Suggestions for "Elder Scrolls V: ..."

This Thread may be used for Suggestions to be implemented in the next Elder Scrolls game.

I'll get this started:

1: Make some extra Space for equipped Stuff, rather then having the Armor parts and Weapons lying around in the normal Inventory with a mark on them.

2: Do not make the Armor more complex, i.e. don't have the normal un-enchanted Armor have stats like "58 Armor, 43 Fire Resistance, 45 Frost Resistance...". If you'll have more complex stats, please have a little "quickinfo" popping up for the Armor part i'm pointing at comparing that Piece with the one i'm wearing.

3. Make it grand. Take even more time to make it. I'd pay double Price for a Oblivion which has everything polished to Perfection. And i am not alone.

4. Kick Jeremy Soule in the Balls for somewhat phoning it in with the Score of Oblivion. The Morrowind OST was fascinating. The Dungeon Siege Soundtrack was good and he didn't even had an Orchestra then. The Game Dungeon Siege was somewhat boring, but the Music will be stuck in my Brain until i die. With Oblivion, its the other Way around. I want to have both =)

5: Please stay "traditional": the "Main games" of the Franchise should be strictly single Player.

6: Save yourselves some Work and re-use Stuff. You have some Designs by now for just about everything you'll ever make. How many Drawings for Daedric Armor you have lying around?

Also, I'd like to see some of the Designs which didn't make it in Oblivion. The Design of the City Leyawin was pretty sweet.

7: Hire me. I can detect and work around any Plot hole. And i can make a decent Coffee :D

i think they sholud

1. make the game more comlex like it was in morrowind with things like middle class armor and unarmored, spears and more

also the option to make decissions which changes the entire game world or have greater consequeses like joining one guild should make it unable to join an oppnent or leading a faction to dominate parts of the world and stuff, having to chose to work for the "good" ones or the "evil" ones, getting more different wepons than only dagger, shortsword, longsword and claymore.... like it comes around with OOO in oblivion and to get masteries in those like it was in morrowind light weapons, heavy weps eg.....)

getting a higher vanilla lvlcap up to 50 or something to gain long time fun and more support for story mods and stuff and many many more things that adds more dept and comlex in the game.....

i mean why making a game that a 10 year old can understand and play by loosing its quality?

2. dooing an brand new superb AI system so that fellow npcs do not stuck everywhere and going around if there is only a stone in their way and making them more sensible in combat that they do not shoot arrows through you when they are on your side and stuff maybe adding a new party system special for escort quests

3. getting a better system for armor and stuff not that each armor point is one percent in damage prevent...

4. adding the oppotunity to marry and raise children XD

5. getting a better system to organize your inventory like split them in clothes heavy armor, light armor , middle class armor and stuff maybe also in currias, legs...

6. add a air combat system ^^

7. add vehicles that a player can use like ships or waggons for your horses

8. getting more choices and oppotunites for enchanting and spellamaking and do not block enchantments and spells for creation, making armorer more atractive

9.getting more GORE XD

10. add a dynamic combat system with different combat styles like chices to learn different matrial art styles and split swords fighting in styles like kendo or fencing and stuff and learn some weapon play, or stuff like thorwing stones in sneak mode to gain attention of npcs, adding an new dynamic dual wielding sytem, adding special moves and combo/counter strikes, split the health to differnt body parts like in fallout 3

11. giving players the option to be a outcast like a bandit and stop travallers like "life or money!" and making diseases take part in your social life so that people would run from you or getting agressive if you near them with a disease

12. forcing the player to get some sleep by getting exhausted and adding some consequeces if you don´t do like getting weak or getting delusions

13. let the player walk even if he got overweight but very slow and stuff like in fallout 3

and more and more and more got to many ideas ^^

1. Adding DEADLY REFLEX. Or I will send them a very angry note.

2. Removing how you kill someone in the Wilderness, far away from any settlement or inn, and yet the guards still know about it. It's like their Sixth Sense or something.

3. Not making the enemies damn fast. And I mean in the way how your about to attack them and they suddenly move out of the way.

4. Not giving the Enemies Auto-Aim Hacks.

5. Quick-Time Events?

I say just make another game, add lots of new tiles and items to the CS and let the modders make it into the best elder scrolls game ever. Kind of like they did with Morrowind and Oblivion.

1.Produce the game on a completely new engine. The old engine is somewhat restricting.

2. Better combat, I don't just want to press the button, give me reason to want to press the button.

3. Feelings of accomplishment. In oblivion it didn't really feel good if you accomplish something. Make dungeons different levels, make it very difficult to clear the whole dungeon and then upon clearing the whole place reward the player accordingly, make us feel loved by the game for doing all these things.

4. Uniqueness. Make every single dungeon unique, with some interesting things inside, maybe a strange background story to it or something funny. Just something to make it a bit different from all the others. In oblivion there were too many dungeons that were just a simple old cave with nothing unique to it and just a few creatures. Morrowind had uniqueness to every dungeon, so TES 5 can too.

Better skin on the characters. More hairstyles, eye colors and clothes/armor selection. And that's the first thing I put because I'm such a girl.

Adventures that aren't so easy to beat and become head master of. Make it a lot harder to succeed at more than one fraction adventure. And I'd like to see some of the fractions' missions intertwined a little more.

Better fighting moves.

A wider variety of music and voices for the characters.

A wider variety of NPCs. They're too cookie cut out. The bandits are always the same people. Stick a newbie in there every once in a great while. It's not that important but it gets to be boring, having to fight off the same bandits all the time. Oh, look, there she is again. The black lady with very short hair and wearing glass armor... surprise, surprise.

NPC being capable of having more interesting things to say.

Caves, ruins, castles, etc... that don't all look the same on the inside.

Oh, better furniture. More variety.

Make all bric-a-brac in some way useable.

Make food necessary to eat. I'd like to have to kill that boar, not because it comes to attack me but because I'm hungry and it's just rolling around over there in the mud and I want to eat it. Yum! Let me use it's hide and horns to make armor or tools/weapons with. If plants can help mages and sorcerers, why can't animals help fighters/warriors?

More consequences for our chosen actions throughout the game. Make it a multiple choice selection when on a mission. Let us decide whether we'll be moral, cruel greedy, charitable, etc...and then have outcomes good and bad for each decision we make on how to follow up on the mission.

I always feel guilty when having to kill an innocent person on a mission. If I could succeed the mission without having to kill them, I would but that's not a choice in a large percentage of the missions. Just a few were. But of course, there would be concequences... the "innocent" person I choose not to kill turns out not to be so innocent and later on makes the situation a hundred times dangerous and worst for me or the innocent person I choose not to kill ends up helping me out of a really bad situation else where on my journeys either having to do with the mission or having to do with something totally different.

I love that chosen action equals certain consequences crap.

Love interests. Nothing gooey or intense or sexual, just flirtation between the sexes-opposite/the same and maybe just a hand holding selection. I know the guys will want more but I'm happy with just holding his hand while walking through town. Okay, and maybe a little peck on the cheek, too. I'd like the idea of being able to develop somewhat of a relationship through out the game with someone or to go flirting from person to person. Just to make things a little more interesting.

A "PLAY fighting" action that you can do with your friends and comrads without killing or seriously hurting them-except by mistake. Practice moves together or challenge one another in competition or just goof off.

A better way to move objects. The way we have to manually move objects now is a little retarded. I can never get the objects to do what I want them to do.

That's all I can think of now. I don't know if what I wrote is realistic but it's what I've come up with off the top of my head.

Thanks for asking. :)

I want a game with the scope and mechanical depth of Daggerfall with the more controlled and focused design of the Morrowind game.

Better and more optimized engine please...

Umm actually come to think of it, now with my hundreds of mods I have installed, I think I am pretty much playing the elder scrolls 5. Seriously, Bethesda have their work cut out for them creating a new game in the series which can compete with oblivion + current community content.

Perfect example would be obsidians attempt at the NWN franchise.
