Could y'all let us download multiple mods at once?

Settings -> Downloads -> Download Threads

As a premium user you can increase this. Vortex will use up to 4 threads per single download so if you increase it to 5 or higher, Vortex will download 2 files at once, at 9 it will download 3.

As long as you only download one large file at a time, this should ensure the small ones get finished and you can start getting them set up.

We have no smarter scheduling at this time - reserving one download thread for small files could be a really neat feature though. Feel free to create a feature request for that through the feedback system if you want.

I will add - I think you are doing something wrong if you worry about download order.

All of Vortex rules apply only to installed mods.

For anyone except the very novice user, downloading single mods, I would recommend turning off "Deploy mods when enabled",

"Enable mods when installed", and "Install mods when downloaded".

Especially turn off "Run FNIS on Deployment" if you deploy one mod at a time. That could take - forever...

These are in Vortex Settings under Interface.

The way I understood it the question had nothing to do with load or deploy order, it was simply that they were downloading very large and small files at the same time and would have preferred for the small ones to be prioritized and finish first so they can configure those while the larger ones are still downloading.
