There's a tutorial here at the Elder Scrolls Construction Set Wikihttp://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index...eation_tutorial Otherwise you can only change your own character via the console as you already know. That would be hot. imo You can change the race of any companion using the Construction Set. I have added custom face and race companions using the tutorials listed in the readme within CM Partners. I have not tried it with Montana's sexy companion, though, but I would presume it can be done. Adding in a custom race is a bit trickier, but there is a link in the CM Partners readme to very detailed instructions. I used them to make a Golden Elf companion, so it is possible.
