Illusion is a very interesting school in pen and paper, I think, because if you're creative you can use it in all sorts of interesting ways. Personally, I don't use overhauls for this very reason. Another is that most of these overhauls aren't of my liking as they don't really fix the issues they say that they do in my opinion. Apocalypse is already perfectly compatible with Requiem - I use them both. Requiem is more compatible than one might think.
