CTD every few minutes/upon performing basic actions - Halp!

Hey folks,

Haven't touched this game in years. Opened it up and realized how badly it needed to be heavily modded in order to enjoy in 2022. I've got a lengthy list of mods I'm trying to run, but I'm crashing to desktop VERY frequently at the moment. Game is currently unplayable. My approach was going to be "quick save a lot and hope for the best," but it seems the game also tends to crash sometimes upon hitting the quick save button. It also crashes upon trying to enter new areas, fast traveling, etc etc. Just really, really unstable. Consistently crashing when I try to enter the Super Duper Mart as well.

If anyone has any ideas on what could be causing the CTD's, I'd very much appreciate the help! I'm new to modding, so there's a good chance that something is wrong with the above order or there's an obvious conflict etc. Could be something really simple or could be that one of these mods is just notorious for crashes. Seems others are not having this problem of constant crashing, so hopefully someone knows the answer.
If you need any more info, just lmk.
Cheers.

The Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch is in the wrong position. Not being familiar with all your mods, there are probably a couple of more that are not in the correct place. Since you did not provide the mod file extension, the only advice I can give you is that all .esm files are to load first followed by the .esp files. Mod .esp files that affect the DLCs should be load in the same order as the DLCs.

So, the language used when discussing load order is unclear. People say the patch should be "high" in the order. However, this could mean "high" on the list, as in at the top (lowest actual number on the priority list) or "high" as in the number, putting it "lowest" at the bottom of the actual list.

I'm assuming you're telling me the patch should be at the top of the list/lowest actual number priority. Therefore, my list now looks as follows:

DLC: Anchorage
DLC: ThePitt
DLC: BrokenSteel
DLC: PointLookout
DLC: Zeta

I figured out the mod that was causing the issue. It was the "Mini Hideout" mod, located below the gas station in Springvale. I found a post by a user, claiming that the additional map marker caused the crashing, however I have no idea how to edit that and it seems this is yet another mod which has been abandoned over the years without being fixed properly. It's a shame, because the hideout was very convenient, but if it's going to crash my game every thirty seconds it's obviously not worth it.
The mod page has some info on a "fix," however it seems messy and inconsistent. Users have commented that they did the fix and it worked a few times, then stopped. Even the mod page says it works "most of the time" lol...
