Fallout 4 can activate or stop managing please help i really want to play the game again

When I ever try to manage or stop managing fallout 4 on vortex I always get this and seem not to be able to get the game to work, please help. it keep showing me this

As the error says, this folder is missing on your PC "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data".

so how do i fix this problem? so creating a new data folder also if so how to do it please help me thank you

Reinstall the game, something didn't go quite right.... Either that, or verify game cache via steam.... (if you have the steam version?)
