how do you start a game using vortex?

if i down load a mod with vortex and have it enabled and load fallout 4 like normal with steam to play the game, do the mods automaticly work or do i load the game using vortex to run it? also what about the mods that you get from the mod section in fallout, do i need to turn them off and vortex does it all

Shouldn't matter which way you start the game, installed mods, regardless of where you got them, should load anyway.

 

Unless, of course, you are running mods that require the script extender, if so, then there are a few other hoops you have to jump thru. :D
